Trymagics Reviews

SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!! They took more money out of my account!!

They took money out of my account twice leaving me with 6 dollars whenever I didn't even buy anything. I will be calling my bank to get my money back because this is stupid and obviously fake.

Due to my credit card having several fraud issues. I decided to use a one time credit card. It rejected my payment. Also the payment site looks dodgy and it does not support google pay. I am glad I tried to google n found this. They try to confuse you by thinking is magic bra another company but it's not.

Beware.

ABSOLUTE TOTAL SCAM!!! I experienced exactly the same thing as the other person who wrote a review in this!!! I had unauthorised charges after a week of making purchase with them!!! I swear I regretted so much not doing some research before placing an order and now I couldn’t get my money back. There’s no way to contact the merchant too so it’s really useless when you try to report it- they will ask you to try contact the merchant first. SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

If only i had read these reviews before purchasing! Have had the same experience as other customers. Charged for shipping that stated free then charged again for shipping for an order that should have been the same at the main order!! Total scam company!! I haven't received my items yet but i can inly imagine how terrible they will be!!

An awful company completely a scam. They took my money before showing me the pricing saying "review" they didn't let me review they took my money. There is also a no refund policy that you find out after the fact. Their responses are generic and no help what so ever. I would actively urge people NOT to buy from them as their products are nothing like they advertise and completely substandard

Useless customer service, overpriced items. Be Aware of this company, their response communication is generic and there is no real person behind their written responses. DO NOT trust them,

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. This company has the worst service I have ever experienced. Not only did they charge me 2 delivery fees for what should have been 1 order but a week later after I paid they put a charge on my credit card without my knowledge for a purchase that I never made. I have sent several support tickets enquiring about why these charges occurred and that could have given them a chance to explain but they have not had the courtesy to reply once. All I can say is buyer be aware and learn from my experience which was dismal

Update (January 2026):
Several months after posting this review, the company has now responded. They have apologised for the lack of communication, acknowledged that the charges were incorrect, and refunded the duplicate postage fee and the unauthorised VIP charge. While I acknowledge this resolution, it came only after a prolonged period of no response and repeated attempts to contact them. I am adding this update in the interests of accuracy and transparency.
