I purchased the micro infusion kit. I had problems getting the serum out of the one ampule. I emailed Renewa Skin and got a response right away. I had contact with EJ who was very helpful. Email responses were immediate. And I am getting a replacement in case it was defected. Very pleased with EJ and this company!

Charger not charging device.
I was impressed by the quick response I received regarding my issue. A written description of the situation was sent and EJ contacted me within 5 minutes of me sending out message and was very helpful with my device unable to recharge. EJ has requested that a new charger cord be sent within 7 business days. MAHALO plenny from Honolulu Hawai'i!! I ran into a problem with my Renewa Skin gadget, otherwise very promising. I sought help from the Customer Service and interacted with Kei, who promptly and effectively resolved the issue. The customer service Kei provided was just perfect!

Angel called to tell me my order wasn't done, and she helped to complete it . She was really kind, and very helpful. I believe she is a real asset to her company. Five stars, to Angel.
Trouble shooting
I was having trouble with a product I had just purchased. The response was quicker than I had ever experienced before. Normally the response time is 24 hours, but I received a response within the hour during the day and several times. Now I hope the product works, but if not, I have confidence they will make it good or trouble shoot with me!
I ordered a product from this company…
I ordered a product from this company but while I was waiting for it to be completed , I was made to watch two videos trying to push more products on me. I contacted them immediately and asked to have my order cancelled. They sent several emails that were generated by some robot refusing to cancel my order but trying to convince me to keep my order at a reduced price. They finally told me I had to return the product once I got it at my own expense. It hadn’t even shipped yet! Avoid this scam of a company.

I was sent a duplicate order and was having a really difficult time getting help to get the issue resolved, until I spoke with Michelle in returns and refunds department.
She was fantastic to deal with, friendly, precise, easy to understand, and she is just a treasure. She took care of the problem very quickly. If they could make copies of her for customer service, that would be awesome!

I’ve been using your products since January. I looked like a Shar Pei, but I was still getting discouraged. Until two Days ago and again today. The wrinkles are still there, but I’m actually starting to get a Jaw line again.Yay!Maybe the rest will improve over time,always hopeful.

Customers should matter more
I am updating my Zero (0) stars review to Three (3) stars bc I finally received the response I should have gotten as promised originally.
My eye-lift device became faulty and caused a minor burn in the same spot more than once. When I reported this via email, albeit post the warranty period, I was promised a refund without issue, but after it failed to arrive they retracted their promise and tried to offer me new device. When that happened the guns were blazing.
With persistence on my part, I finally received phone calls which eventually lead me to Angel who listened intently while I stood my ground and expressed my frustration as to why I would accept nothing less than a full refund. She promised she would translate everything to the Supervisor and I would get attention within 24-48 hours.
Just prior to that call taking place, my account was fully refunded (plus some). During my lengthy discussion with Matthew, CS Supervisor, who asked the right questions and listened to my concerns regarding the product and the horrible CS experience, said he would call a staff meeting and inform the CS Agents to reach out to their Supervisors when customers needed attention they can’t give.
Honestly, after all the emailing back and forth and calls, giving (3) stars might be more then they deserve but I received more back then I thought I would ever get.
I am finally relieved to be treated fairly and hope my efforts benefit other customers.
Renewa Skin - I really hope you do better in the future. Customers are your business, not just selling products for profit.
