I ordered their hair reduction product, I was seduced to buying a second bottle at a reduced price. Products arrived in about 10 days. The scent was overwhelming like a hair dye chemical. I contacted them to return the products ( 90 day guarantee).
No response even after several more contact attempts. Total SCAM

Customer service was great, the girl name Michelle is really helpful to resolve my issue with the missing rechargeable cord for the device that I received.

I had to call because I was surprised to find that you had charged my PayPal account for an order I did not complete so I called to ask for a cancellation and refund. EJ was very kind and efficient and took care of my problem immediately. I hope to receive the email confirmation tomorrow.

Renewa Skin (Michelle!) sets the bar for how all companies should care for their customers. Response to my e-mail inquiry was not only swift but very personalized to what I shared...and that's rare. I was delighted by how easy they made it for me to procure a free replacement for a device that had stopped working. All I had to do was reply with a photo and they took care of the rest within minutes. I had been dreading making the contact as I feared a lot of runaround but, instead, this turned out to be the nicest interaction of my day. Bravo, Renewa Skin!

Every morning (5 times a week), I used Renewa Skin for almost three weeks with no results at all. I even used the Renewa Skin serum. I was really disappointed because I expected more after seeing the video results from women who had used Renewa Skin. Needless to say, I have requested a refund.

They are a scam

They left a detailed message so I could respond to their question on my address. I tried calling, and call dropped as they responded via text. That worked as well for me, to text correct information.

I ordered the Renewa Eyelift Device and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived in Australia within 10 days of ordering it with all the extras included i.e. eye masks, serum and ebook.
I had an issue with the order as I doubled-up on the order due to the website freezing and could not cancel the second order. I realised the error and immediately got in touch with Customer Service support@renewa to cancel one of the orders.
The consultant named Kei got back to me in a timely manner and assisted me with the enquiry. He has followed up with several email keeping me upto date with the situation. He was extremely professional and helpful and is now following up refund for the order wrongly placed to be returned to the credit card used for the purchase.

I am slowly seeing progress.
I had started but got sick and had to restart again. This after 1 week of use every day. I have fewer fine lines, and the deep lines are not so deep anymore. I was going to send pictures, but this has no way to let me do that.
