Excellent Customer Service
I had an order that came with one of the products missing. EJj answered immediately, even though it was a weekend, and apologized for the delay, and said s/he would get to the warehouse an put it as a top priority. S/he said to expect it in 3 to 5 business days, and if it did not show up to contact them immediately. I find thi to be great customer service, that they cared about getting my order right, and the promptness with which I was answered.

Compré un renewa lift en Costa Rica…
Compré un dispositivo de renewal skin en Costa Rica hace tres meses ( a mediados de enero) y nunca llegó. Cuando reclamo al correo o al WhatsApp, después de mucho insistir me dicen que tuvieron un problema en la aduana y que no pueden hacer nada para resolverlo. Tampoco me devuelven el dinero. Tienen demasiadas inconsistencias en las respuestas y al final uno pagó y ellos retienen el dinero. Entre las excusas que han dado dijeron que la persona que atiende por WhatsApp no trabaja para ellos, sin embargo esa persona tiene todos mis datos ( nombre, teléfono, No. de orden y demás ). Son un peligro para los consumidores y los datos personales y creo que son una estafa. Perdí 114 dolares.

Customer Service is Awesome
While I am not able to write a review on the full use of the product because I’ve been unable to use most of it (only provided with four needle components while provided with 10 bottles of serum), I would like to comment on the excellent customer service that EJ provided. I placed my order at the beginning of February and was offered a 50% refund because of the issue of not enough needle components being provided (you can’t reuse needle components and there is no option to purchase more needle components), it took a month from the time EJ inputted my 50% refund to when I received my refund but EJ kept on it in order to make sure I received it. For that, I’m grateful.

Renewa contacted me expressing genuine concern for my experience - Matthew explained that Renewa was working with the product distributor to solve a previous issue, and my complaint was the first about this particular problem. (The serum bottle wouldn't open - but maybe the instructions to open it were applicable to the previous discontinued vial? IDK, but I didn't feel comfortable prying open a bottle of serum intended to penetrate my skin.)
*Resolution over the phone was friendly.
(The email reps never quite got up to speed.)

Company Does Not Honor Warranty - Update
I bought the lifetime warranty and the port where you plug in the cord has pushed in and won’t accept the cord. The response from customer service is very courteous but they never solve the problem and send me a new one. All they say is they are escalating the issue then they start over with a new
person. Too bad because I liked the product but the company does not honor the warranty. Do I do not recommend this product because of that.
Company contacts me through email after I write this review and apologizes and says we’re right on it and we’re shipping a new one to you right away, please change your review. Of course nothing happens. They were just trying to to get me to retract my review. Buyer beware!

Not only did the product not work, within a month it didn't function. Despite the promise of a full refund, the customer service representative actively denied my request, repeatedly failed to provide an address to return the product.once returned, they made me prove that the product, which they clearly had in hand, had been returned. when I threatened to appeal to my credit card company, they finally agreed to the refund. However, I'm still waiting nearly 3 months later
