I am trying to find out why I am being…

I am trying to find out why I am being charged every month and not receiving the product. Paying 50 dollars a month and I did not sign up for a subscription. But I can’t find any information on the company.
Not a happy customer at all. Ordered in May and it took a month to receive it, then I got charged for another one in April and still haven’t received it. What is going on.

To clarify, we do not lock customers into any subscription. All subscriptions are fully under the customer’s control and can be cancelled or managed at any time through our self-service subscription portal on our website. This is in place to ensure flexibility and transparency for every customer.

After reviewing your case, it looks like the order was part of an active subscription created after the initial purchase, which led to the recurring billing. We understand this may not have been clear at the time, and we’re genuinely sorry for any frustration or misunderstanding this has caused.

We also recognize how difficult it is to deal with shipping delays on top of billing concerns, and we regret that this experience did not meet your expectations.

Do not order from this company. They will lock you into a subscription that they will not cancel even if you email them like you are supposed to do to cancel.
