I had tried to cancel my subscription via the email for several days. I called the customer service number and Cookie was able to confirm my order numbers, and cancel my subscription successfully.

The product is lifesaving! My eyes de-puffed in two days and morning stiffness also gone . No more foam in my first morning elimination. I do have more energy and my nutrition is spot on because of the excellent coaching. Customer Service is very helpful. Food cravings are under control because of the easy to follow suggestions. There is no difficult diet, just a tweak to your existing meal plan. I cannot be without this product!

Edit: Do not trust the "reply" to this review, where trysculptique says their "records" indicate the account was enrolled in a subscription. That's impossible, as they do not know who my mother is. I did not say her name or email address in my comment.
My mother bought a 1-time-order, only to get recurring deliveries and bills. The website said "1-time order, no subscription." But she's still receiving charges, even after sending emails asking/demanding to cancel. I know of other people who tried to cancel by calling trySculptique's phone number, and the calls were never answered or respected. It has to be disputed with the bank.
I could write several paragraphs listing off undeniable facts that prove Sculptique is a scam - but I'm afraid that Sculptique would use those facts (so they would find a more convincing way to scam people).
