Solys razor

I love this solys razor since I've been using it I have had no ingrowing hair's which I was always having with a traditional razor, I've also had no more red bums, no more irritation the only razor that has given me that. I would definitely recommend this razor to anyone who does want no more ingrowing hair's no more red bums and no irritation, and the customer service have been amazing to thank you all for your help.

This razor is easy to use and leaves skin feeling silky smooth and I noticed my hair doesn't grow back as fast compared to a traditional razor.

Doesn't pull hairs

I bought the razor cause I kept seeing ads for it. I have been wanting a good electric razor that didn't put my hairs while using it. This little thing, does just that. I love how I can dry shave or use it in the shower. It doesn't pull the hairs off my legs like some other brands I've used. When I shave with a regular razor I get itchy like crazy and this omits that.
I did have a problem with the razor and contacted support. They responded quickly and was very helpful. I was past my 30 days but they were able to send me a replacement. I'm truly happy with this product and the customer service I received.

Loved the razor

Loved the razor! Helped eliminate in grown hairs. Mine did stop working but had great customer service to get it replaced!

This little device is pretty amazing

This little device is pretty amazing. It shaves super close to the skin and leaves looking as if it was shaved with a traditional razor. The feel won't be as smooth ofc but it looks the same. It's especially handy if u have PCOS, I literally have it in my purse at all times to keep those annoying chin and face hairs away. It prevents razor bumps, no need for water or shaving cream, and most importantly for me, no ingrowns. I use it mainly on my face, chin, and bikin area. For someone with PCOS. I cannot stress how much it improved my life. Customer service is also top tier.

I had an issue with the razor but I…

I had an issue with the razor but I contacted the company and they got back to me super quickly! They helped me fix the problem and were very friendly! The razor works really well especially on longer hairs. It gives a nice clean shave that leaves no ingrown hairs unlike anything else I’ve tried! I would recommend this razor to people!

Won't replace or refund faulty product

Unfortunately I had the same experience as the recent review below. Razor arrived in December and at first was fine but then in January it starting turning on by itself. It then wouldn't charge or turn on again at all. I sent a video demonstrating the issue and was told as it was past the 30 day limit there was nothing they could do. After a further email they offered 30% off a new razor. Avoid.

Piece of junk

Purchased in November 2024, haven't had to charge yet but only used 3 times and now won't turn on. I was required to send a video and then told I would only get a 30% discount to replace. (After 6 messages)

After a few months I can still say I LOVE this razor. It does absolutely everything it promises. Plus the customer service department is very responsive if you need any help. Would 100% recommend this product.

Works great

The razor works great and gives a silky smooth skin. Although there was an issue with the battery, the customer service was kind enough to help me replace it even after the 30 day policy.

Great customer service

I did have an issue with my Solys shaver, however, I reached out to customer service and they were extremely helpful and were able to solve my issue right away. The shaver works great and I would definitely recommend it.

Great product

Great product. Sharp blades and a strong metal handle. I can shave last minute dry and not have any issue. I prefer to shave in the shower after scrubbing my legs with the he exfoliating mitt. The only draw back is handling sharp blades. Maybe that's user error. Otherwise, it's probably the nicest razor I've owned.

Great razor

Great razor, no irritation and works really well for me.
Got in touch with customer services when my razor suddenly stopped charging and after an exchange of some messages they are replacing.
Very pleased about this as it is a great product. Just waiting for my replacement to be issued now!

I love mine

I love mine. I hate shaving (and I’m really lazy), and am super sensitive to razor burn. I can use this outside the shower with no shaving cream or nothing, and it works perfectly! And in the shower it’s fine too obviously. I just find it more convenient to do outside of the shower. Warning though- don’t use on skin tags!

Replacement razor

I got this razor for my wife and she loves it. However it completely stopped working on her. We reached out to Solys and they have been extremely easy to work with and quick to respond with getting us a replacement. Just waiting for the new one to arrive.

Love this thing, great service

Love the shaver, haven’t had any razor bumps since starting it a few months ago. The face head works amazing!
When I went to charge it last week something happened and it basically shocked the razor or tripped something electrically, I’m not sure but it won’t charge. Reached out to customer service and they’re sending me a new one even though it’s passed the 30 day guarantee. Can’t wait to receive my new one and get back to easy shaves
