Excellent customer service

I wasn't expecting the solys shaver to be as good ... But it shaves really quickly and just glides effortlessly over your skin and your skin is left smooth ... I'm actually not dreading shaving now and I'm glad I took the chance and bought it my legs are so smooth and it just zooms through the hair ... Oh my god it's excellent ... It comes with a free exfoliating glove and a facial shaving head. Customer service was excellent this is a genuine review from a happy customer

The first time I went to charge my razor, it wouldn’t charge. I emailed customer service and they were very helpful. Even though it was past the 30 days, they sent me a new one no questions!

Terrible product. Unhelpful customer service.

Terrible product. Unhelpful customer service. Item was faulty on arrival, I was only offered a 50% refund even though they claim to have a 30 day money back guarantee. Shaver has now broken after using it once (performed very poorly) and I have been refused a refund as I bough the product 8 weeks ago.

I have loved this product since I…

I have loved this product since I received it! No more sore bumps and rashes and so much easier to do! The battery died on mine and for some reason it wouldn’t charge again so I messaged Solys, after sending a video of the problem they have said they are happy to send a new one in the post! Which I am chuffed about because I have missed having it!

Lovely Customer Service

My razor was defective and would not turn on and they replaced it for me for free even outside of the return window because it was a Christmas gift. Very friendly customer service!

Good product after getting over hurdle of user error

When I first got this product I thought I got tricked into another Instagram purchase because I couldn’t get a smooth shave when using it for daily leg-shaving. Turns out it was user error! You’ve got to hold the razor perfectly perpendicular to your leg.. then it works like a dream!! Sadly though, after a couple of months it stopped turning on, even when fully charged. I reached out to customer service and since I was outside of the 30-day warranty they only asked that I write this review to receive a free replacement. I definitely wanted the replacement as it really is a huge help for personal hair hygiene. No razor bums on my legs or bikini area. So, there ya go! A great product!

Worth it

Love it and customer service they are awesome after I had a issue with the razor that stop working they are sending me a replacement free of charge even after it pasted the 30 days. I highly recommend them. They take good care of there customer.

I’m bald!!!

Recently received mine in the mail, it came quickly! Tested it on my arm first (dry). Then shaved (dry) and became a naked mole. Easy to use! Whole body took 15mins! It’s been two days and no itching, bumps, or irritation. Will try it in the shower next, I’m a bigger girl and was able to get to harder to reach area’s with ease. I missed nothing! I grow hair fast, so I did have stubble on the second day. Shaved again. No bumps or irritation!!! Could never do that with a traditional razor!! Well worth the price! Oh and charges fast and last long enough to hit everything two times.

Customer service, I was uneasy about buying yet another…

I was un easy about buying yet another shaver online. But I decided to go ahead and purchase Soly shaver. I really enjoy the circular shaver head as it removes all those pesky hairs on my chin and neck. Without leaving my skin hot and irritated. While I was having issues with the other shavers head, I emailed customer service and they were right on top of it. Happy to fix the issue and happy to send me a replacement.
Thank you for not making me jump through a hundred hoops in order to fix the problem. Making this be a more enjoyable interaction.

Great product!

I was nervous getting the product since I found it online…I will be honest, I expected it not to work, however, I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve had my Solys for just about 2 months now, and I’ve noticed a huge difference in hair growth since! Not only does the product actually work, the company is very responsive to their emails and clearly work to make sure you are satisfied!

Great product

Decent customer service

The razor got a lot of use, but unfortunately broke after a few months; it stopped charging. Thankfully after only mild complaining, support were willing to replace it. Decent customer service.

product + customer service = 10/10!

I was really impressed: I’m the QUEEN of ingrown after shaving. I actually stopped shaving for a while because my skin was just more comfortable! So I was amazed that this provided a smooth shave with zero ingrowns. To top it off, I was dumb and left my shaver in the shower (don’t do that!) and it rusted. I emailed Solys and they were kind enough to send me a replacement head. Lesson learned! Impressed with the product and the customer service.

I bought the shaver a couple of months…

I bought the shaver a couple of months ago and was very impressed with it, that is until a month later when it started to struggle. I emailed the customer service team to explain the issue and sent a video to show the issue, it seemed to be a mechanical failure due to no fault of my own. Although outside of the 30 day money back guarantee, the very helpful and kind team have agreed to send me a replacement shaver. I am delighted as I do really love the shaver, so I hope that this will be a one off issue and I will now be happy with the shaver for the long term. Thanks to Christy for her help and kind nature.
