Really love the product!
Purchased 3 shower filters also.
Just received them!

This product is shipped from China, credibility completely lost, I am not even sure if its a UK company - have requested an email, but please don't order unless you know what you're signing yourself up for.

Product itself is great! Both of our eczema girls have been doing well. One has the bath filter and one has the shower filter! We have noticed less redness to their skin after they shower! Only issue I had was with shipping. It took longer than I expected or it stated it would just to ship out and the tracking isn’t very accurate. Once we got the product it’s great ever since!

I saw improvements on my sons skin from the very first use. Thank you so much!

It took longer to get here than I hoped but otherwise everything has been great so far. 4.75/5 ⭐️. You can visibly see the water is cleaner and I think/am hopeful it is and will continue to help my child’s eczema. Glad I found y’all!

Easy product to use, noticed a difference immediately, no chemical smell when running a bath. Too early to say if it's improving eczema symptoms but initial impression is good.

My one year olds skin immediately starts to dry out if we haven’t replaced our bath filter, so we’ve now subscribed to every 6 month refills to avoid now that we know how much of a difference it makes, we also hate the return smell of toxic chemicals in the water without the filters it literally smells like a swimming pool without the filter!
Affordable enough for 2 showers & 1 bath filter, as a regular everyday family of 6, we couldn’t be happier!

I was really disappointed with my experience from this unethical company, breaking UK selling laws and stealing money from customers.

I ordered two bath filters because the website made it seem like you needed to buy a whole new unit when the first one runs out. It wasn’t clear that you just needed to replace the inner filter. I realised the mistake after they emailed to upsell me a replacement filter - and emailed them just a couple of hours after placing the order to cancel one of the Tubos.

They said they’d cancel it but charged me a £4.99 “administration fee,” even though I cancelled well within the 14-day cooling-off period. I explained multiple times that it’s not legal to charge admin fees for cancellations under UK consumer law, but they don't care. They just kept repeating that it was their policy and refused to refund the full amount.

Based on the unethical trading practises, I wouldn't trust the quality of their products. They are clearly not a trustworthy business. I will be reporting to Citizens Advice and hope they will be reported to Trading Standards.
