Yeah X20 King mattress is suit teenager but I have it that cheap better be comfortable.

Update: You need to go and take a look I did provide feedback to the last request you made; you just accused a customer on a public forum of not providing feedback, maybe take another look I even supplied your invoice back to you. You are not helping your case

I previously submitted a review expecting some action, but it’s clear they don’t plan to follow through. The item was ordered on the 9th of August — today is the 23rd — and I still don’t have the product. We spent almost $450 on this, and I’m really disappointed. They only sent a shipping label after my last review on the 17th of August, and all it shows is “shipment assigned.” Nothing has moved since. This is extremely disappointing, and I’m seriously considering asking for a refund.

My latest purchase 13/08/26 was for a single mattress & base.
TSB living have an option to get a WINZ quote to purchase the furniture which is great.
After 5 days I decided to call through as I have always recieved an email saying the furniture had been paid for & then given a rough delivery date. This time was different.
After being put on hold & told by an automated message to call back later because staff were busy, I started getting annoyed.
I was then told by the staff member that I had purchased a product that was on pre-sale which meant it wouldn't arrive until late September.
Being the paranoid person I was, I checked back through my screenshots & advised her that none of the quotes or sales page had pre-sale on it to which she quickly said 'we will update the website now'
Long story short, the staff member was indecisive & quick to cover her tracks.
Now, for their mistake my granddaughter won't get her bed in time for her birthday, I thought ordering it 3 weeks before would be ample time to recieve it & be able to hide it for the day.
6 weeks is out of the question & not to mention trying to blame me for picking a product that was as she said 'on pre-sale.
I wish we could add screenshots to prove our dispute, just so the company cannot say we lie.
Very disappointed, customer service could be a bit better.

Awesome, well-made products at a great price. The side board I ordered is a great addition to my lounge, and helps hide all the kids toys away and has enough storage for everything else. I did have to follow up with the delivery 3 days later, as there was no message sent with any update - Once I did contact the customer service team, the items were sent the next day and arrived 2 days later which was great.

The collection of back order cabinet was disorganized and we waited over 20 minutes to pickup in store. The cabinet did not have marking for mounting doors. The cabinet has various chip marks and dents.

The massage part is pretty crap tbh. The cord is soo short that you cant even connect it to your laptop or computer. I have it for a few weeks now and do 12 hour shifts. The padding on the chair could be better. Other than that im happy with it. Love the foot rest !!! That was the main reasom why I got this chair.
