TSB Living Reviews

Awful experience with TSB. I do not recommend this company. We purchased a basketball hoop. The netting and attachments broke within 48 hours. They did send replacement hoop with no attachments. After sending photos and
Explaining this hoop is not as per their advert, it cannot be used at the settings it states along with the useless netting They started ignoring Emails and we are almost two Months since I raised the initial complaint. I’ve asked for a refund which they are declining because they have no adequate boxing to send to take the item back. Highly unimpressed and am escalating further through consumer guarantees act. Will not support this company again. They don’t respond to emails, leaving no replies for 2weeks+. Very poor customer service.

A lovely tv unit, nice colour. Wasn't too hard to put together. Have now ordered the matching coffee table. DELIVERY WAS A BIT SLOW, some glitch with labeling.

Great product fast delivery

Very easy online ordering process which I have used previously when I had ordered other products.
Delivery updates were spot on with time and date of delivery.

I felt so comfortable explaining my needs and she took care great care of me from the moment I walked through the door till the moment I left. I really appreciate her help. I will definitely be shopping here for future home needs especially if bhanu is on duty.

Thank you Bhanu and team at TSB living.

Easy trade. Great product. Head s the room very efficiently and great wee remote allows it to be switched off easily. Great buy. Thank you.

Pleased with our new BBQ. Solid and the size we wanted.

I ordered kids rollerskates, they're great quality and value and they were shipped really fast which was very much appreciated - I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from TSB Living again.

Dog beds arrived quickly. Happy with the quality and the dogs seem to like them. The inner consists of a 1cm piece of memory foam stuck to a piece of wavy orthopedic foam. I Like the fact that the cover can be taken off and washed.

The product was just as good it looked online. Visually appealing and well made as well. The delivery was quick and the courier even wanted to cary the hefty blanket box upstairs to the front door for me!

This equipment was at the best price available in NZ and it arrived in a couple of days with no freight charged! Its a good sturdy vibration plate, very pleased thanks TSB!0
