I LOVE TSC
I LOVE TSC. The ability to make payments on a wide variety of items makes it easier to get something if I need it but can't pay 100% upfront. The customer service is also top notch.
Do not waste your time or money
This is my second experience with customer service and a late order. I will never order from them again. Nor do I recommend anybody else. I mistakenly thought I would give them a second chance. It just seemed like such a good deal. I thought I would try again. Big mistake! I ordered a mattress from them and was told it was in stock and would be here within a week. After it was supposed to be here with no communication from them. I looked at my order only to see it is back ordered. When reaching out to them even after explaining, my son is now sleeping on the couch because we were expecting a mattress and we sold his other one. They don't offer anything. No discount. No, I'm sorry you're going through this. We will reach out to the mattress company. Nothing, but please be patient. It is Endy mattress, and I have also reached out to them. As according to TSC, it is because of them that the order is behind as they did not receive their shipment. Hopefully, they will be a little more helpful than TSC.
The absolute worst company to deal with…
The absolute worst company to deal with for orders. The clothes is poor quality for the most part, the sizes are not in sync. The most frustrating and ridiculous part is the return, where they charge a fee per item to return, which they do not publish and that you have to go through 10 automated inquiries before you reach a person to assist, and most of the time the people you speak to are completely incapable of helping. Management calls back when you escalate...sometimes, and then they are full of excuses... SAVE yourself...don't bother!

Do not purchase anything from tsc as they are now contracting venders from scam companies that will not refund your purchases of inferior cheap Chinese merchandise. Or they make you return your item to china at your own cost i have been a loyal customer for many years but will never deal with tsc again. Too risky.

Do not buy anything from them at all. You never receive it and you get to use China post tracking that slowly has it coming to you and then says it has been delivered. This is a scam and should be avoided at all costs. Look at my tracking number on China post tracking AM462134825CN and it says delivered....crap
I placed an order at Gettysburg PA…
I placed an order at Gettysburg PA store went all the way into Gettysburg to pickup my order to be told I had to go to Hanover PA to pick it up. I don't have the gas money to be running all over the place to pick up what I need. They refused to give me the things I ordered at Gettysburg. I thought TSC stores were all the same. You have lost my business. I was a loyal customer and I will now go to the Rural King for my animal supplies.
Total Disrespect
on August13-2024, I was treated very disrespectful, yelled at ,and rudely talked too. It was by two of your phone reps taking phone orders. Because of them I will never shop with TSC again. Also cancelling all automatic deliveries. Everyone loses except the two women Constance Machado

Also double charged for shipping after returning items. Out 27.00. Disgusting policy in my opinion.
I was a long-time customer
I was a long-time customer, and for the most part, satisfied with the service. But something has happened recently, not sure what, but their computer issues are beyond belief. I had a very annoying experience with a so-called 'customer service' person, who was beyond obnoxious, and it just got worse. I will never again order from TSC. They've gone form being convenient and easy to deal with to rude, uncaring and impossibly expensive in the long run. Don't waste your time and money.
Bad experience
The shopping network changed its business model. It is no longer a positive experience to purchase from TSC or to make arrangements to return an item.
Going forward, I would never buy anything from TSC, I don't recommend it to anyone.

I will never come back to this shopping mall. Actually, I shouldn't purchased any when I realized that the shipping fee was not free no matter how much I spent, as well as the shipping fee for returning the items. Qualities of products are so so poor and I ended up losing $26 for nothing because I paid the shipping for both directions. The items look so different with the images on their website. Such a terrible and not reliable shopping mall. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE. IT IS NOT WORTH TRYING IT.

The wait was average long at CS, my patience was rewarded, in less than 3 minutes my order was cancelled and refunded; I had made a double order by mistake. So koodos for efficiency and professional and friendly service.

Purchase air conditioner
I watched all the videos and even called the manufacturer about the arctic air conditioner from
de longhi, was so looking forward to the cool air in my apartment, started to unpack it and started to put the pieces into the window but this was not for a sliding window and yet as stated I watched the video which stated it would fit al sliding and even opening window but no attachment for this, I thought ok I can make it fit with an added hole in the one piece of plastic provided. So tried the hose in the fittings but realized the hose was only 4 feet in length, my window is 4 feet 5 inches off the floor so would never work.
I repackaged and called tsc, they sent me a label by email and I had to call Purolator, on hold for 30 mins at a time eventually got someone who could help and they past me through to another area where I was put on hold again this was Tuesday long story short the item was finally picked up on Friday and now have been charged $25 for shipping!
Their app is the worst
Their app is the worst! I spend over an hour every month trying to order for pick up online. I end up calling and they assure me it’s fixed this time (never is). Says delivery address is invalid. Won’t take any payment method because of this. I would not give them a penny of my money if there was ANY other store available! Now off to store to lug all these bags through the damn store.
