You really can't make a billion dollars without exploitation
In April 2024, I purchased Beekman 1802 skin care products from TSC. They were working well for my skin so I placed a total of 5 orders. A few weeks after beginning use of these products, I developed a skin allergy to most of the face care items.
On April 23, I initiated a return for 4 of the 5 orders on the website and called an agent to ask if I could return the products in 1 package (as to save on shipping costs for 4 separate return packages). Initially, the agent advised me that I could send everything back in 1 package but after double checking, she came back and told me that I could NOT do this. I thanked her and prepared my 4 return packages.
On April 25, there was a technical issue with the website and I could not view my orders. I called TSC to resolve the issue and asked again if I really had to send all 4 packages back separately. This time, the agent told me that it would be perfectly fine to put all products from those 4 orders into one return package. He gave me a code to give to the postal agent so they could print the return label. Assuming the first agent I had spoken with had been right the first time, I followed the second agent's instructions.
I heard nothing for about a month, so reached out to TSC via email. They stopped responding via email after May 26 without a resolution.
On June 10, I called TSC and was informed I would be receiving a refund for only 1 of the 4 orders I had returned. I told them this was unacceptable since it was a mistake on their part and requested my case be escalated. I was told I would receive a call back from an agent in 2-3 business days. I received no call.
On June 14, I called TSC and was informed the escalation team listened to recordings and determined I did not follow instructions and there would be no refund. I asked to be escalated and was immediately transferred to a resolution officer. They said there was nothing they could do about it. After pushing, they said they would forward the info to the agent that closed the case. Based on the history here, I can only assume I will never hear from them again.
Incredible that a company owned by Rogers (a $20 billion corporation) refuses to refund my $304.96.
Worse customer service ever.
Worse customer service ever.. They don't care. Firstly i tried to cancel before it was shipped but not allowed then i wanted to return it to the warehouse direct, not allowed.. .i had better get my refund in a timely manner.. i am going to source my products elsewhere as this is very annoying and not interested in any company that is not interested in customer satisfaction. Funny how you can pick up at the warehouse but you cannot return direct to the warehouse. Bad, Bad Bad services. J

If I could give this company a zero I would. I just contacted this company about when my order will be delivered. The order was placed on June 1. I was told that my order was coming by Purolator and I was given a tracking number. When I went to purolator to track my order, I was told there is no such number. Their tracking numbers are completely different than the number that I was given. I then contacted TSC and their response was wait until June 14th and if I haven’t received my order then I can contact them. Meanwhile they have already charged my card for the order. This company has the worst customer service so buyers beware.

This is one of the worst customer experiences ever. Where the tracking shows delivered (about two weeks ago) no-one has ever received anything (not the post office and not me). Worse, there is no contact address available that they respond to.

TSC sent threatening letters to send my file to a 3rd party collection agency. Terrible customer service.1st time I ordered this product, got banged up box with a scratched plastic container, called for an exchange. Customer service was glad to exchange. 2nd one everything was good. 6 months later TSC sent me threat letter for collections agency, because they can't clear up payment with PayPal. The amount was taken from my Credit card, which they don't seem to understand and don't want to do the legwork with their business partner PayPal with whom they have an agreement.

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Returned an item because it had a missing item in it and they charged me again for a replacement, said no shipping charges for this one. After a lengthy return process with Canada Post, TSC was no help at all, they finally received it but said I wouldn’t receive my refund until the vendor received it back. I purchased from TSC not their vendor. They acknowledged my refund but deducted the shipping costs again and now they won’t answer me back upon receiving my complaint. It been over a month now and still nothing. Bunch of crooks and horrible customer service. Never again!
Buyer Beware
I was double charged by TSC, promised the amount would be "adjusted" in the final installment and they still charged me the full installment they had already taken as a double charge.
I have not ordered from TSC since and this is still not resolved. TSC were no help and didn't follow through with the promise to refund my money. I had to do a chageback through my bank.
I would NEVER trust TSC or EasyPay installments again. It is a license to steal and once TSC takes extra or double charges they will not help you.

Customer service is horrible and shipping is extremely bad. Said would ship on 24-48 hours. Still waiting and it's been over a week. Customer service never answers emails/questions. Never buy from them again.
Received a product that did not live up…
Received a product that did not live up to the claim, when trying to return I was told they charge for shipping it back. Any company that values customers would not make them pay for shipping to receive or returns. Not a great experience, will no longer use the products they promote.

It's a scam. Please don't order from them.
It's a super sketchy company.
They don't have most of what they advertise in their hands. They charge your card and never send the item out to you. Then when you reach out, they'll send you a fake, non-existent number to call.
After I called the fake number one of their reps sent me by email, I called their main number and was told that they couldn't reach me because they didn't have my number (you provide your number when opening a profile).
I may have to file a police report if the funds they took from my account aren't refunded.
You've been warned. As I said, they don't have the majority of the stuff they claim they do in stock. They take your money and give you the runaround. It's outright theft.
They'll probably be bankrupt soon. Good riddance.

Buyer Beware. Purchased a pair of cougar boots which I returned after a week. It was purchase in two payments. The first payment of $77.54 was charged to my credit card but after the return I noticed on my credit card I received a return of $57.93. I called TSC and they told me because I used their shipping label to return I had to pay for the shipping charges to return. So I have Less $19.61 after the return. I want people to be aware of their policies which I did not know. I will never order again from the TSC.

I ordered a “Ninja Sizzle Grill &…
I ordered a “Ninja Sizzle Grill & Griddle” that was advertised on the TSC web site. They sent the much cheaper version, a different model #, which has NO Griddle. The web site shows a picture and describes two non stick 14” plates, but the cheaper model with only a grate is sent. It has taken me, after numerous phone calls, and emails (since March 8th when they received the item back, as proved by Canada Post tracking), until yesterday April 5th to get a full refund as they tried to charge me a return shipping fee. The first excuse i received is that Ninja had to refund my money as they had obviously sent the wrong item, and it would probably be 10 days. After waiting and no refund, I called Ninja but they knew nothing about it. I finally found out that it was someone right in Mississauga, not Ninja, that was selling the item on the TSC web site. With every Email and phone call i was obligated to go through the whole scenario again, despite numerous case numbers and promises of “looking into it”. It was ridiculous and frustrating. Another customer who ordered the item also posted the same situation, and asked TSC to amend the wrong advertising, however all they have done is changed the picture to reflect the one grate, the head line still reads “grill AND griddle”, and the write up still states there are two 14” non stick plates (a griddle and a grate)….. wrong. TSC does not want to take any responsibility and you have to fight to get a refund for something that they have quite clearly advertised wrongly on their web site. If its a third party seller, then TSC should ensure they are advertising the correct model. Its their reputation thats at stake. The incorrect model, which they are STILL advertising and selling, is much cheaper on every web site including Ninja’s. Never again!! They have lost this long time customer

Terrible experience with TSC
Terrible experience with TSC. I had an order way back when that was long long long returned to the company. I heard nothing since then for months - no letters, no calls nothing until i got a call from a collection agency for an outstanding balance that TSC sent to collections. I ask that TSC PLEASE take care of this and remove me from this relentless debt collector. I just lost my wife and daughter in a car accident and don’t need this extra stress at all. I don’t owe any money and want this resolved please. The merchant reference number provided by the collection agency is $
43621788 and the amount is $647.73

I have never been able to apply a discount coupon there is always an excuse. It happened to me again. Then I was unable to edit/cancel my purchase on line,

They tried to scam me, never buy at TSC
I received the wrong item, it was a similar item but a different brand. I guess they try to scam people who don't notice it. Then I opened a case through their chat and was told to return the package. Since they received my return, I've never received any answer from them, and when I call, I'm told they're waiting for the seller to confirm they received the item (even though I have the confirmation through Canada Post). So basically, they tried to scam me by sending a similar item, I returned it and never got a refund or an answer from them.
