Responsive support and great product
The hoodie I ordered got delayed in the post. I let the support staff know I hadn't received it and they immediately sent a replacement. When it arrived it was exactly as described. Happy with this product and this company.

Wrong size
I was disappointed that it was a 2XL and not a 3XL. I was told I ordered a 2XL.
They could have at least refunded my money or sent me a 3XL

The shirt that I ordered came sooner than expected. It was nicer than most that are way too thin and the size was correct.

They charged me 96.95 for a 44.95 jacket
I'm am only giving this company a ONE STAR and here are my reasons why. I received an email saying there was an issue with my order and to resubmit it. I looked at my checking account and it has already cleared and I emailed them back and told them it has cleared. No response. Then I get another email the next day saying there was an issue with my order and to resubmit it again. I double and trippled checked my checking and it has cleared. So I wrote another email to them. No response. Today I sent another email and asked why my order was 96.91 for a 44.95 jacket? No response. So I will be getting a hold of my bank and disputing the charge and get a new debit card. I ordered from this company because of the reviews saying they went above and beyond. So far I don't see it!!!

When the tshirt was brand new out of the package it scanned perfectly. Once put on, no one was able to scan the code. So disappointed with it. Just spent 50 dollars on 2 shirts that ppl can't even scan.
