Kate at Tudor Sales and Lettings has been absolutely fantastic throughout my journey as a first-time buyer.

After renting for 20 years, buying my first home felt overwhelming at times, but Kate was supportive, approachable, and reassuring from the very beginning. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always happy to answer questions and keep me updated throughout the process.

Her communication was excellent — always clear, friendly, and efficient — and I genuinely felt like she cared about making the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible for me.

Kate went above and beyond to help push things along and made me feel supported every step of the way. Her professionalism combined with her kind and personal approach really stood out.

I’m so grateful for all of her help and would highly recommend Kate and Tudor Sales & Lettings to anyone buying or selling a property.

I would highly recommend Tudor. I have rented my property with Tudor for over 12 years. They have been amazing!!!! Every challenge has been met with a solution. As scary as being a first time buyer goes I feel like I can’t praise Elliott enough for how understanding, kind and patience he was with us throughout the whole process. He showed a lot of knowledge and made us feel at ease throughout. We’ve finally just completed our purchase and we couldn’t have done it without him, great pleasure working with him and all those at Tudors. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Will definitely be using again in future.

Kate was very professional in chasing slow acting solicitors and other estate agents, especially for last 3 weeks of my conveyancing, to achieve exchange of contracts and completion, doing/ knowing far more than my solicitor! We purchased our first home with Tudors. We mainly communicated with Kate Jones and Louise Gray. They helped immensely to make the whole process, go smoothly and quickly, with great communication between us, them and the seller. They were so efficient, friendly and helpful. They couldn’t have done a better job.

I used Tudor Sales & Lettings to sell my property. As this was my first home I was selling I was super nervous as you can imagine. All the staff were a pleasure to deal with. I wish there was more than 5 stars as 5 stars just does not do this company justice. I have bought and sold 6 times and I can honestly say my last move with Tudor was the easiest and most seamless so far. We sold and bought through Tudor and the whole process only took 11 weeks from offer to completion. Kate managed everything, liasing with other vendors in the chain, chasing my solicitor, chasing vendor solicitors and not once did I have to chase anything. Thank you to Kate and Tudor for making my last moving experience so easy

We have just sold our property through Tudor and the service was excellent from start to finish. Viewings were managed well and communication between Tudor and ourselves was fantastic.
Once we sold the property, Kate managed the whole processes seamlessly and communicated with us regularly to keep us updated throughout.
The estate agent we bought through were the complete opposite and I had to ring multiple times before I’d get a call back, which caused many delays. Had we bought through Tudor, I believe the time taken would have halved!
