Great product. Good communication through out

I purchased the Mega tool vault and it came very well wrapped and protected and Tuffboxes is using FedEx an excellent delivery company with a power tailgate lift that makes the delivery easy and fast, I bought the Monster tool vault some years ago and am proud to buy British made quality products from Tuffboxes.

Bought a large sliding box and after a few months the drawer wouldn't close i rang the company and they told me to package it up and send it back to them and they would check it over but said I damaged it so wouldn't be covered by warranty so I have to buy another one but it definitely won't be a tuffbox

Extremely well made product, like the dividers inside well thought threw with the extra slots in bottom of drawer to stop the dividers bowing out, also gone for a good gauge steel not flimsy like alot of the other brands out there. Will definitely buy other drawers in the future from you.

The tuff box company was superb easily delivery and to have a local business is superb to Manchester I would definitely recommend and the business seemed like it go very far.the customer service was brilliant with great staff on emails,invoice and on the phone.

Do not buy from this company Great promises from customer services, but don’t expect what they say. Three delivery dates discussed, non executed. Really really poor. Do not buy from this company. Amazing got another call to discuss delivery at 16.06 then phone lines not answered. An absolute shambles. Why do companies outright lie to customers?

What a breath of fresh air to be able to actually talk in person to a company you purchase a product from,TUFFBOXES were absolutely excellent from start to Finnish in communication,Janet ,who I spoke with on the phone was first rate in helping get my mega box delivered to me using there own transport to speed up me getting my box ,the product is excellent,the company are doing all the right things not only making great products but delivering EXELLENT customer service alongside,if there are any tradesmen out there looking for secure tool vaults ,don't hesitate you will not be disappointed in these tool vaults ,there top notch and great value ,but what you will appreciate is the company itself ,like I said it's great to be able to talk to someone from company to discuss any concerns and special delivery needs ,mine was a bit unusually as I needed fairly fast but Janet on phone sorted it out without hesitation ,thanks Janet ,thanks tuffboxes,great company ,great products,GREAT PEOPLE, thanks brendan

Quick response to my order and delivered the next day. The Tuffbox slider is perfect for my needs good quality product.

I had to phone up to change my address. The lady I spoke to was absolutely brilliant friendly polite, efficient she was just brilliant.

Had a delivery phone call after 7 days to check the date and time. It was delivered the next day, well packed, on a pallet. The lorry had a tail lift, so it was able to be moved onto the drive with a pallet truck. The item itself is perfect for me. The fixings and keys were cable-tied inside the pallet. I like the secure lock. The paint is all good, with no scratches. It was built in two hours by my wife and me.
