I’ve bought multiple watch from this company and every single one brings me more joy than the one prior. I can’t recommend this company enough. Don’t give these a second thought. It’ll be perfect and better than you can expect.

Whatever u do, dont buy this scam watch for more then a 50bucks, it has china movement, materials, everything.. its alibaba watch, its last minute offer has lasted 10 years! They should be in jail tbh, i bought one and it was a wind up watch, it broke in 3 days, and they didint answer or replace it lol, its a effing conwatchcompany

I've purchased 2 Tufina watches in 10 months
I've purchased 2 Tufina watches within the last 10 months. The first was a full mechanical skeleton type from the Theorema Casablanca collection, the rose gold. I bought that one in April '25. I was so pleased with it that I decided to buy another one in early January '26. This time I bought one from the Pionier New York collection, the gold and black. I am very pleased with both watches.
There was a hiccup in Memphis during shipping of the New York watch because our country's tariff situation is so dynamic that our U.S. customs personnel can't keep up with the rules and rates. It sat in Memphis for a few days until I reached out to Tufina. They were aware of the issue. Within 30 minutes of my emailing Tufina, I received an email from FedEx stating that the package was moving again! I even received a personal email from the owner explaining the situation and apologizing for the delay.
Really impressed with that.
I may get another Tufina in the next couple of years.

The way the company handled my transaction including delayed delivery (which was NOT their fault) was unbelievably incredible! Their personal service and IMMEDIATE replies to email with no nonsense, truthful answers to questions was EXCEPTIONAL! The best part was receiving the watch! It's absolutely GORGEOUS! I will be buying more from Tufina! In fact, I have already ordered my second watch and look forward to receiving it. (I also have my eyes on a few others). I HIGHLY recommend Tufina! I give them a ***SIX STAR*** rating out of five stars! They give 1950's service (when you could trust the word of the people you were doing business with)! I'm a retired jeweler and gemologist and was in business more that 50 years. I'm 82 now and remember those times, and I highly recommend Tufina!!!

Very nice watch,the only thing I don’t like is the watch band, I have big hands but small wrists so if I adjust the band to my wrist I can’t get it over my hand, besides that in very happy, the delivery was great, I would buy another model but because of the watch band I’m reluctant to do so, the day of experience is not good, I had the problem from the get go, because of the watch band I don’t ware the watch often,☹️

BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY
Purchased 1 of these going back to 2018. Loved it. But the problem came when about 6 months ago accidentally dropped it to the floor in the bedroom. And it was broken inside, wheels etc dislodged. So phone was not working.
Contacted tufina on numerous occasions and finally got a reply.
As the watch was out of warranty I had 2 options send the watch to their repair depot. In the USA for a quote to repair the watch. Was told the (minimum quote with international postage would start from £160.
Why send the watch to the USA for repair if they had been made and assembled in Germany. ????
Anyway the se ond option was to find a local watch repire shop and see what they can do.
Was not happy at all. And was not sending this off, so left it on the case for a couple of months.
My son took it to the new watch repair shop locally. And they advised if it needed parts they couldn't get them. But would have a go at fixing it.
Was amazed 1 hour later they had fully repaired it and the cost £20. My son surprised me with it as a xmas gift all fixed.
Well happy but wouldn't buy another from tufina.
And after months they replied on here with a load of well it worked well for 8 years. Bollocks..... yes but it'd says German built and from Germany. Not they say its from USA. I still won't but another product from them. So beware don't trust this company to help in anyway when you have a problem.

It’s important to clarify that the watch was functioning properly until it was unfortunately dropped, which caused internal damage. When a watch experiences impact and the crystal breaks (even if you cannot see it), microscopic glass particles and displaced components can enter the movement—damage that is often not visible to the naked eye but can severely affect long-term performance.
Because the watch was out of warranty, we offered a professional factory service option, which included:
A brand-new movement, if required
Complete disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly
Case polishing and refinishing to restore a like-new appearance
Full computerized testing and regulation
All work performed by a certified in-house watchmaker in Munich, Germany
Insured international return shipping to the UK
This is what we mean by a warranty-level service—not a temporary or cosmetic fix, but a full restoration intended to give the watch many more years of reliable use. Naturally, professional watchmaking, new parts, specialized labor, and international logistics come with real costs, and we did, in fact, offer this service at a discounted rate. And our estimates are never final, because only when the watchmakers has the watch in front can they give a final estimate. You refused to collaborate.
We fully respect your decision to pursue a local repair, and we’re happy the watch is currently running. However, it’s important to note that a low-cost local fix does not equate to a full factory restoration, nor does it address potential long-term issues that may arise from impact-related damage.
We believe there may have been a misunderstanding regarding our intentions—we were aiming to restore and protect the watch’s longevity, not simply to “repair it cheaply.”
Because since Brexit packages coming from the UK, regardless of the package, carry a high tariff. We feel you are being harsh on us and totally misplacing our good intentions. And because you did not purchase directly from the Germans, but from our USA official retailer at tufinawatches.com

I don’t recommend this Tufina company to purchase amy kind of products. I purchased this watch and in two month I using regular, this wach started moisture in the dial. So I sent back for repair under warranty. So at the beginning they communicated via email. But as time go buy over 2 months after sented watch for repair, I sent one more email, and they stop commented and reply to my email. I have lossesed over $600.00. Please friends do not purchase any products or watches from this company. They looted to their customers. Thank you.

Watch arrived ,not working
Watch arrived . Not working . Bought 360€ Barcelona watch ,automatic Wound the mechanism several times but it kept stopping and despite me wearing it whilst moving around .
Looks great but hey so does a Farrahi without an engine.
Totally disappointed.
Clicked on the link for their refund policy and YEP you guessed it ....does nothing .
So extremely angry with Tofino and Trust Pilot who gives high rating ...fishy fishy scam I feel .
