Worst ever !!!! Paid a near fortine to do my taxes and that's me not working last year. Takes them forever to get a hold of you . The app is not user friendly and my tax lady was horrible, not professional , extremely slow , didn't finish and also not convenient to making it easy to get in touch. Do not recommend.

turbot rapide n'est plus aussi bon qu'en 2010. La version 2026 complement remplir de glitch, d'annonce pour tu payes un proffesionnel en haut 100$ et des instructions/directives complément contracdictatoire. La qualité n'est plus au rendez-vous et je parie que les codeur sont des indiens en Inde, parce que j'ai toujours utilisé impot rapide depuis 15 et on voir comment la qualité du logiciel s'est dégradé avec le temps !!!!!! JE NE LE RECOMMANDE PAS !!!

Cr33py! Turbotax advertises as being free but last year (2025) it was $21.00 which was surprising though manageable. This year the charge was $100.00 which is outrageous since the product suggests it is free and my return is VERY simple. There is never any mention of the cost until the return is complete, which is deceptive. Not much mention of customer service on their site, so, as has been suggested by others, no need to use it next year.

This was the worst turbotax ever. I have used them for many years and was happy with the way it was presented with the tax returns. This year was awful, no tax returns and totally confusing mess. I'm done with them.

I have used turbo tax for years. Has gone up from "free" but easy enough to use. Until April 2026. I have quickly completed my return 4 times, after the 4th time I called the help line. I have 3 T slips, 3, as I said can complete return in minutes and each time they ask for $100.00 !!!!!! WTF ? I called the help line and was told do not hit "review" someplace, not sure where, but I did not hit "review" anywhere and each time was asked for $100.00 ! ! I went to WEALTHSIMPLE at the suggestion of a buddy of mine, bit more complicated for me than Turbo, but well worth the $75.00 + taxes savings !

The upsell to "premium" 'review' for a steep increase in price could not be bypassed. Clicking on "other options" and selecting the "deluxe" version, which is what I've used for years ($21 vs $75--discounted from $100!) always returned to the "premium" 'expert review'. Started a return where it copied my data from last year after advise from AI saying I could likely just "remove the premium" feature. Nope, had to start over, and over, trying to find the magic sauce to use the Deluxe version. The whole return was based on the $75 fee option, so I cleared the cache, tried different browsers, tried launching "deluxe" directly (as soon as I signed in it took me back to "premium" and in the loop again. Had to start a brand new return and re-enter most of the data. Also RRSP summary has been broken for years and always freaks me out that it's not going to be reported properly. I like the convenience of the online tool and the submission to CRA. But this upsell is out of control and really feels like it's intentional. How many people just pay the $75 for a simple return? That's just bad practice. No justification except for a greedy company seemingly taking liberties. Yes, I finally "did" it--don't even...

Worked for me! A few stumbles along the way but they have an excellent online screen sharing tool. Much better than Netfile.ca which I used last year and put me on telephone hold for 45 minutes every time which they acknowledged when answering the call and then told me to "callback tomorrow that they had a lot of calls waiting" when I tried them again this year!!Never use Netfile.ca Took me two weeks to complete and file. Lots of telephone holds!Thumbs down!!! no thumbs down icons available here for netfile.ca

I found using the site this year the easiest so far.I finished in less than 30 min.as I had all my info ready.My return is quite simple except I have medical expenses and last yr.I paid $24.15 and for the exact same thing paid $51.30 this yr.H&R Block is much cheaper and will try them next yr.I feel TT is being greedy esp.on people who have very little income.

They tell you that their model is free until your finished with your declaration. Then you have to pay to send it. I thought it was 20$ each but after the second one they started to charge me 80$ for a declaration. Robbers.

I’ve used TurboTax for many years but made the mistake of buying an online version from Costco and had so many problems getting it to work that I returned it for the Standard version. An entirely different issue I had was that once I clicked that I wanted to split pensions with a spouse, the optimizer did not pick up that I was better off not splitting either pension. Good thing I noticed that myself or I would have paid thousands more in taxes.

BEWARE! While completing return pics of experts always present with message “Ask an expert-it’s included”. I asked a question about navigating confusing part of form. When given option clicked no max expert services. Charged $119 for max expert services I did not need or use. Only Social Security income. Called 800 446 8848 - listed on line as contact. Rep said refund would be processed and she would send e-mail confirmation. Neither happened. With a different - helpful - rep completed on line request for refund which was denied.

Filled out all paid just before they send iy and it kept on showinga error to fix. Got online help only to be told there was a glitch so I had to rewrite. Did it 3 times same result so now I'm getting a refund and trying to spread awareness on how TurboTax TurboSucks. They keep the app open knowingly there is a glitch to fix only to screw the customers in time wasted and money taken waiting for a refund.

I got a 40% off offer AFTER I filed my 2025 tax return. Then I spent 40mins with the customer support who asked me to send all the documents and create a pdf of my offer email, .... and I waited and waited and waited for them to talk to the supervisor to approve the refund ... after 40 mins of my time wasted, they told me it is not possible ... Terrible support!!! Waste of time.

I have been using TurboTax for about 20 years. Once past the initial installation/authentication hurdles, it has been a positive experience. This year the software (installed app as usual on latest MacOs on MacBook Pro) was a disaster. From four hours effort to import last years return without success to the software hanging during submission(!) a total nightmare. The good news, since it can no longer import past returns there is absolutely no reason to use TurboTax in the future.

Not working, lost 2 weeks, Had to make it with impôt expert…. Don’t waste your time

Im not happy at all, how is there an almost $700 difference in my return, I normally go in to a professional and my return has been pretty close to the same for 6 yrs and now there's that much of a difference, I know they f****d up, so now Im going to have to request a reassessment..learned my lesson!!
