Unfortunately, I have tried several times to complete the payment through your website, but the payment is not going through.

I have also tried contacting the phone number provided on your website, but no one is answering or providing any assistance.

I am genuinely interested in purchasing these two products, but I am disappointed with the level of support before the sale. If it is this difficult to receive assistance before making a purchase, it naturally raises concerns about the after-sales service as well.

Please contact me as soon as possible and advise me on how I can complete the purchase, or let me know if you have a physical store or another payment method available in Dubai/UAE.

This machine is a god send! Picks up the dreaded pine needles. It was easy to construct and is super light weight.

Installation easy, however a proper explanation of the functioning of the machine and the way how to use it properly is missing in the manual.

Release of the safety break did take substantial time, this is also not properly explained in the manual.

We ordered two brushes for our bowls lawn while they were on sale and were delighted with the price. The great value meant we could purchase two brushes rather than just one within our budget.
They arrived within a week and were well packaged. We haven’t had a chance to try the brushes yet, but so far we’re very happy with the service and the excellent value for money.

Best my artificial grass has looked since it was laid nearly 10 years ago!

Quick delivery and easy to assemble. Results on the turf are great

Our court was black in places, but your machine is working wonders. Apart from learning the trick of handling the long power lead it is easy to manoeuvre.

After purchasing this item, I was a bit worried because I had no correspondence on my purchase. It just turned up on my doorstep.

This machine is awesome like I read and other reviews. It will pull the spots off a leopard. It will also pull the lines of a zebra. It picks absolutely everything up Dog Hair cat hair twigs leafs my lawn is recently New so I can’t really say it makes it looks like new again. Certainly does a fantastic job. Downside to it doesn’t get right to the edges but with a little bit of raking sorted.

Terrible customer service. Product didn’t arrive tried every method of communication no response. They still have our money I would not touch this company It’s in my husbands name and we have sent the information through five channels order number gb-2136 ordered 2nd may. Hopefully this can help resolve

Had an issue with the delivery & billing address which we did not realize until we received email confirmation that our shipment was dispatched. It was sorted easily and quickly and our order arrived at the correct address at the time and date promised.
