Turners Property Reviews

My experience with Turners Removals was a very positive one, from start to finish. Firstly, all the staff, including Tracy & Caroline in the office, were all so very friendly, polite and helpful.
John and his team, carefully packed all my possessions into boxes the day before the move into their storage warehouse. The following day, a large team arrived promptly to load all the numerous boxes into the lorry, before the delivery into storage.
When I was ready to move into my new home, Wayne and his team delivered my possessions, again with great care. They were all very respectful and ensured that they covered the flooring with covers to minimise soiling the carpets etc.
Everybody worked very hard and also so well as a team. It was lovely to chat and joke with them too.
Furthermore, Turners offered very competitive prices.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Turners Removals.
Thank you so much to the whole team!

The 'customer care and after service' provided after a viewing was appalling. I wouldn't recommend them

I had an extremely bad experience with this company that blatantly takes advantage of customers. As a student, I was relying on their professionalism, but my time was completely wasted. I was told the property was available, and after a visit the same day, I confirmed my interest over the phone and provided all my details over email. Now, the management claims they have given the property to someone else! This is the height of carelessness and irresponsibility. This is not just about wasted time – the turners kept me hanging with no proper communication at all. Now, I face significant difficulties in finding housing. The superiors need to look into this matter immediately. Avoid this company at all costs.

We've been living in one of the flats that Turner Property managed for 5 years and we can't praise enough all the help provided from Ylenia and management team. They communicate and sorted any query we had very swiftly and the house we were living was always well maintained by them. We loved every minute spent at the property and we will miss spending time with the neighbours.
Big thank you to Ylenia.

I have been living as a tenent in one of the properties that Turner Estate its managing in Reading and I highly recommend them. The house its stunning, with a beautiful garden and own gym within the property. All the tenements in the house were really nice and we had great time together. Thank you Yelnia for always being there for us.

I can highly recommend Turners Estate Agents.
Lawrence, Manger of the Lytchett Matravers office is professional, approachable, no hard sell, a gentleman with great local knowledge. Nothing is too much trouble.
Lawrence has a fabulous team working with him (especially Wendy and Elliott) offering a high level of customer service. Wendy keeps you fully up to date, great communication.
Received the asking price on my property, deal completed in 8 weeks…what more can you ask for!
Thanks so much Lawrence for a smooth experience.

The Lytchett Matravers Show Committee would like to thank Lawrence and the team at Turners Estate Agents for their help and support with the promotion and publicity of the Village Flower, Craft & Produce Show. It's great to have local businesses getting involved with community events.
Thank you.

They are full of lies tell you what you want to hear tell you they have people waiting to see your property and then have no one come and look and then when you want to leave them they try to charge you £250 even though they haven’t done what they said they were going to do so I would stay well clear of them as there are so many more professional estate agents about

I found Turners to be a friendly polite Professional Estate Agents. I dealt mainly with Lawrence who is based in the Lytchett office.
He accurately valued our house to be sold without overvaluing in order to get the commission. He also quickly got in touch with us when the ideal property came up for our purchase.
He was a pleasure to deal with and a credit to the firm.

Friendly, professional and personal service. Found buyers for our property very quickly and kept us informed of the progress.
Well done.

Turners made our whole house selling experience really easy. Lawrence is local and very knowledgeable about the area and so easy to talk to and always happy to answer any questions. The whole team kept the house sale moving and we all moved ahead of schedule! Absolutely great service, special thanks to Lawrence.

Turners recently helped sell our property and we would strongly highly recommend them. We had other estate agents attend our property for valuations but, it was Lawrence's professionalism and manner at that first meeting that made our decision easy who to market the property with. He explained the details of the process, with no pressure to commit, and made us feel we would be well supported by the team throughout the process. Wendy and George have also been extremely helpful in facilitating this. The team have always been professional, approachable and easy to contact whilst supporting us throughout the whole process. Many thanks to you all, it has been greatly appreciated.

Can’t recommend Turners enough. From the very beginning, we felt supported every step of the way.
Lawrence and George were fantastic and kept us updated the whole time whilst getting in plenty of viewings! They were always honest and we always knew where we stood with them!
They sold our house quickly and Wendy was incredibly efficient with all the admin and legal bits. Every member of staff at Turners was friendly, helpful and we could always get through on the phone and get answers to queries within a day.
Selling a house is never straight forward or particularly relaxing but Turners made us feel at ease and well looked after. Thanks so much again to the Turners team, you guys are fantastic!! Naomi, Ben and Imogen

From start to finish Turners we're amazing! We changed from another local estate agent who fed us so much rubbish it was unreal. We viewed a property with Turners and with just 1 viewing we switched to them to sell our own property. Lawrence and George were fantastic! They didn't sell you all agent talk they spoke to you like normal people. They showed vendors round and were selling each time. We had a very smooth ride from start to finish. Wendy was lovely and very efficient in what she does. We'd like to say a huge Thankyou to the Turners Team for making our experience so much easier! Thanks Guys Amie & Carl

I have bought, sold & rented properties through Robert & his team over the course of 15 years whilst developing a property portfolio. It has been a great opportunity to work closely with a very friendly, approachable & knowledgeable company who take great pride in their family run business. I find they have established themselves within the community not only as an estate agent but as highly experienced individuals who have a very personal approach & interest at every stage of a transaction.

I have not found an estate agent as dedicated & as consistent as Turners. They certainly go the extra mile which is very much appreciated & what makes them stand out. I look forward to hopefully doing business with them again in the future.

The team at Turners have done an excellent job of selling the house, especially Lawrence who has been more than helpful, professional and knowledgable about the housing market. Keeping us updated at every step along the way.

I was very pleased with the amazing support I have received from the team.

Wendy went far and beyond by going the extra mile to deliver the work they promised. The whole team have been great and I’m so happy I decided to use this estate agents.

Well done and would highly recommend .

Lawrence has been incredibly helpful and provided a great experience. He has also helped my father purchase his house and was outstanding again. We will always use Turners moving forwards!

A very professional, approachable friendly Team.
Helped me through this very stressful time from beginning to end.
It was never to much trouble to talk through different concerns or the process as often as you liked in person or over the phone.
Would always go that extra mile.
Would definitely recommend them very highly.
Thank you to a great Team

Not professional and not acting at the best interest of clients. They just close the deal at their own convenience and don't bother to seek the best offer.
