I have been a customer for more than 2 years. Firstly they never answer there calls. Then if you deposit over a certain amount they want evidence where it came from and then years later ( 2 be exact ) they suddenly want bank statements showing where the money came from and how it was earned along with Payslips etc. So if you are self employeed you are screwed. It is ridiculous. Every time you want to deposit money you get an email asking for proof of stuff. Even after providing they will ask again the next time you deposit just a 1000 euros. I can get a CC from the bank easier with less hassle than the paperwork ( which has been send a couple of time before ) being requested again and again.
And forget about them answering calls to there call centre. It just rings and rings. Only got three stars due to money growing nicely.

Been investing on Twino 2 years now, the returns are great and customer support very friendly and responsive. Can only recommend if you want to invest in p2p.

Eine absolute Frechheit so Bürgschaften zu „vermeiden“. Ich kann nur zum Ausstieg bei Twino raten. Angebliche Sicherheiten gibt es nicht.

Hallo, entschuldigen Sie unsere späte Rückmeldung. Am 16.09.2022 haben wir Investoren informiert, dass der Darlehensgeber SIA "OC Finance" mit dem Darlehensnehmer eine Vereinbarung getroffen hat, die Darlehenslauzeit um 12 Monate zu verlängern. Dementsprechend gibt es einen neuen Zahlungsplan für die monatlichen Zinszahlungen, die ab dem nächsten Tag des in dem Abtretungsvertrag festgelegten ursprünglichen Fälligkeitsdatums des Darlehens berechnet werden. Das bedeutet, dass Sie Zinszahlungen für die Darlehen erhalten werden, bis der Darlehensnehmer seine Verbindlichkeiten vollständig beglichen hat. Dies ist im Einklang mit Punkt 5.1. des Abtretungsvertrags: 5. Bevollmächtigung 5.1 Der Zessionar bevollmächtigt hiermit den Darlehensgeber, folgende Handlungen vorzunehmen: 5.1.1 den Darlehensvertrag ohne vorherige Abstimmung mit dem Zessionar nach eigenem Ermessen zu ändern und zu ergänzen, darunter die Rückzahlungsfrist des Darlehens zu verlängern, aber nicht mehr als 2 (zwei) Mal, wobei jede der 2 (zwei) Verlängerungen der Rückzahlungsfrist des Darlehens 12 (zwölf) Monate nicht überschreiten darf; Der Zessionar ist informiert, dass die obengenannte Bevollmächtigung in Bezug auf den Darlehensgeber während der ganzen Laufzeit des Abtretungsvertrages gültig ist und die in diesem Zusammenhang durch den Darlehensgeber vorgenommenen Handlungen für den Zessionar verbindlich sind. Aufgrund der Vertragsverlängerung befindet sich das Darlehen nicht im Verüzug und somit tritt die Haftung durch den Bürgen nicht ein. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Ihr TWINO-Team

Bad experience, i deposit 100 euro to give them a try, I received a mail with the confirmation of the deposit. I went to check the dashboard and i did not see my money. Tried to talk with the costumer support but not answer, i hope they are going to read this bad rate experience and find a way to get my money back

Don't trust a single word from this company. TWINO is suspending the principal repayments of the Russian loans, although their own terms say:

Under the Payment Guarantee investor protection scheme, TWINO will compensate both the invested principal amount and earned interest on a monthly basis as per original loan repayment schedule, regardless of delay or default by the borrower. The Payment Guarantee applies to the whole duration of the loan.

Even in their blog post dated March 9 they provide misleading and contradicting information:
"During the seven years of our operations, investors have always received both the principal and interest repayments in full amount, and this is definitely something that we are proud of and are not planning to change." - that's after stating that principal repayments are stopped in the same post.

It's amazing how openly they've decided to save their founders money instead the investors. Trust is the major attribute of a financial institution and these guys just blew it.

You can see, they even don't deny that they are not fulfilling their obligation to compensate the invested principal amount. The company clearly states: a decision was made. A decision to take investors money so the founder doesn't loose their.

And to be fair - all of your updates had a clear message: everything is fine, we're handling it. Then you've broke your promise to buyback the principal. I call that conscious misleading - making people believe thу situation is under control so there is no panic while you're figuring out a way to freeze their money for your own good.

This company is withholding 1000£ of MY money without giving me any explanation as to why my withdrawal request has been processing for 1 month now. Any recommendations on what to do about it?

They want to earn 0%, this is the right place to invest. Deadlines are extended. as much as they fit, can’t plan for cash flow. Get only currency exchange losses.

You can't be their customer if you live outside Europe (even if you're European citizen).
Otherwise it seemed good, decent returns and no payment problems after using them for 4.5 years.
Being recently licensed by the Latvian financial regulator makes them more trustworthy.

Today is my revisiting day of investment and all looks prettly awesome! Thanks for keeping my money safe and investing!

Up this moment didn’t hade any troubles with TWINO in general. Let’s see when time will come withdraw funds

Customer since 3 months as so far i love your company and your honest way of presenting all p2p loan options. With a little research before investing you are able to invest into the right loan type and until now Twino has delivered. Cash Flow Forecast is amazing, the seconday market and primary market is amazing.

Its sad to see that the IOS App does not allow for manual loan purchases but i hope that is going to be in one of your future updates. Hope i can leave another great feedback in 9 months when my first year is over.

My experience with Twino has been quite satisfactory. The platform is very user friendly and easy to use and to check all the statistics. The interest rate on the loans is encouraging. The only thing that could be improved is the number of loans available. Although the amount I have invested is still modest, sometimes I find it difficult to invest because there are no loans available.

TWINO Funktioniert sowohl auf der Website als auch per App intuitiv. Themen die ungeklärt sind kann man sich sehr zügig an lesen. Eine absolut sinnvolle Ergänzung für jedes Portfolio

Ich bin nun ein paar Monate bei Twino und alles läuft reibungslos. Teilweise hatte ich bis zu 10% Cash-Drag, was sich nun aber gebessert hat.

I like the cashflow of Twino, its experience and the stability.

I use Twino since many years and i fully satisfied. Sometimes cash drag but less than others platforms.

Great platform 6 years together. Little issue is problematic to sale loans in case you need cash especially with longer period.

I am using Twino over 5 years and really happy with it. It also didn't have problems during corona year 2020. Thumbs up for these great plattform.
