Teut is very helpful and the service was good considering bitubo closes for 3 weeks in august just wish bitubo would put a build sheet in with the custom shocks they build

Ordered a Nitron shock, website said average time was 5-6 weeks & it arrived after 5 weeks.
Responses from Customer Service were quick, helpful & professional.
The shock is beautifully engineered & has transformed the bike. Very happy & highly recommend TW Suspension & the Nitron products

A couple of years ago I’d read on the F900XR forum a good review about TW Suspension Tech by another member. Increasingly I’d become keen to improve the front suspension on my road bike and contacted a few companies - some didn’t even get back to me, but I found from the initial contact onwards the experience and ease of organising a ride in ride out service with TW Suspension Tech both professional and confidence inspiring … as was the overall experience and service. Thanks to Teut and the guys - very pleased with the outcome as regards the bike’s performance.

Hyperpro are a well known company my fork spring kit looks great fast delivery cant wait to have them fitted

At first I wasn't sure which steering damper and fitting kit I wanted. The sales team were very helpful giving me detailed examples of what was available. Spot on. Great correspondence with questions about electronic suspension and ordering of a new spring. Tuet had to communicate with supplier but that was also a quick and useful info. Cant recommend them enough.

honesty. i was told the parts would be at least 5 weeks and this meant i was not chewing the woodwork wondering where they were!
parcel came well packaged and promptly after notification of dispatch
