Gearchangeonline Reviews

I can confidently recommend this store. My first order was for a pair of shoes that didn't quite fit, but the team was happy to exchange them for the correct size — many thanks for that! My second purchase was a motorcycle jacket, and once again, the team was extremely helpful when I needed advice on sizing. A big thank you to them for their excellent customer service. I'll definitely be shopping with them again in the future!

Good products and assistance. Good price.

Absolutely fantastic company to deal with, wrong size helmet ordered,my fault, quick email sent, next day all resolved with a replacement 👍 one happy customer 😀

alway quick on delivery on time good company

Brilliant customer service, ordered my item online on a Friday, and it was delivered the following day. Item is great quality and well packaged for delivery

I recently had to claim a warranty on a pair of boots purchased more than a year ago, and Louise from the customer service team was incredibly helpful. Because I had my upcoming Mod-1 and Mod-2 motorcycle tests, she kindly allowed me to keep using the boots until my tests were completed before processing the claim. Communication was quick and friendly throughout, and as soon as the tests were done, she issued my voucher right away. Outstanding service, I highly recommend them!

Excellent service from the people at Gearchange Scunthorpe, had the helmet I wanted, HUGE discount, thank you and although they didn’t have the dark visor and sena coms in stock they ordered it in, kept the discount and posted them out to me without cost.
Loads of nice kit, lots of deals, great service, and if you’re cheeky enough to ask, free coffee😎.
Will definitely shop here again and recommend the store to others.
👍

Very happy with the service and very fast delivery will definitely deal them again

Easy to order and received delivery before time. We'll done guys.

Always a great company to deal with, always helpful and friendly.

Got exactly what I ordered very quickly will definitely use again

Went in to store not knowing exactly what kit I needed/wanted. I was treated like some sort of popstar with multiple members of staff grabbing me different bits of gear to try on in various combinations. The staff knew everything about every product they handed me, one of the guys raced bikes and was genuinely interested in them not just there for a sale.
When we had settled on everything there was no need to haggle, the owner quickly looked at the prices and gave me a nice discount.
Ordering online is good but if you want to get the right kit first time then I suggest you visit here!

Bought a Nicky Hayden replica Arai at the NEC back in November. Had an amazing deal with a dark visor. Just spoke with John online and he matched that deal on a similar helmet. I seriously cant recommend enough. So happy with the service and nice to see a good company looking after returning customers

Great service and super easy to use site. Delivery was very quick and didn't take long at all with great communication through emails. Great prices being cheaper than anywhere else and actually have items advertised in stock unlike some competitors. Thank you for a great experience and look forward to purchasing from you again.

Would buy again, very professional service!
