I am impressed with two things: (#1) the ease and quality of the presentations I can create in this software, and (#2) the responsiveness and effectiveness of the Support & Dev Team to resolve some quirky issues I was having with the software. They blew me away with how they prioritized my request as a user and solved the problem! Great job!

This software & app are the bomb! If you make web based stuff, this is a game-changer!

I am thoroughly impressed by the capacities of this platform.

So easy to use! Makes beautiful slides and simplifies presentation. I created 3 presentations in the time it usually takes me to create one. I can't wait to see what I can do as they keep adding valuable features.

Amazing platform…crazy how smooth and simple it is…saves a crazy amount of time

Just like many here, I have to say that not only is the software great but the customer service is 2nd to none. Ash was extremely helpful, friendly and polite and went beyond helping me get my account squared away. Again, with the software is fantastic and is updated regularly.

Customer service is top-notch! responded within hours and resolved my questions promptly. The tool itself is quite good, but not for everyone - it's best for e-books and long form format content, so keep in mind, but definitely give it a try!

I love the idea of this product but it fall short. Most of the time I can't even get into the app. I put in my email and password and it takes over 10 minutes for the app to let me in, if I get in at all. Once there, it isn't a simple and automatic thing to get a deck or anything else. I have to still go slide by slide to re do or put in pictures etc and get the verbiage right.
