The tech support I received was outstanding. The app is brilliant.

Great product and service zero issues for 6 months, VPN friendly and no buffering.

The promptness of chatroom services is excellent and the advice has been 100% on point. The apk download design/menu could be improved.

I had logged out of Typhoon tv and lost the login and password. I was able to contact the live chat and in just seconds I was on line with Scott, He was able to get me logged in again, in no time at all. Rare service these days. Thank you.

I installed the app and service was ok at first, with some buffering and channel drops, and I know it wasn't network speeds as I am running 1Gig fiber. Then the app wouldn't load, I tried the chat, and was told there were network server issues in my area. Interesting since my buddy's service across the street was working. I gave it a week, hoping server issues would be resolved and was eventually told some customers accounts were lost. Finally heard enough and had to give up and ask for a refund, oh well.

Typhoon has shown they want your money but offering quality service! They will ignore you and behave as if it’s you not them! DONT SUBSCRIBE!

Typhoon tv is eye friendly what I mean it’s easy on the eyes to navigate. Not a lot of buffering just have a fast Wi-Fi. I have two apps but I watch typhoon the most . I hope they will add Birmingham news in the future. I give it 10 stars

Typhoon Labs is the best IPTV service … they reply quickly. I’ve try so many company, and there’s nothing like Typhoon. Good price and the best customer service.

Best app out there I will never go back to cable, it’s not perfect and yes it may buffer some but if there’s a problem the customer service is right on top of it and I appreciate that. It has everything thing I want to watch and more than that .. keep up the great service..

Everytime I message them I get a quick response yes it buffers here and there but you cant beat the price.

Works great for 6months and has some freezing here and there but overall a great deal. I wish they develop a dvr service to go with it and have it work for iPhone or osx. That would make it the best for sure

It gives a lot of channels, but it freezes up 6-7 times an hour,
what can be done to prevent this from occurring

I went to the website and chat window opened. It said "We reply immediately". After a long wait someone called Scott H replied asking how he can help. I say: "I am interested in you IPTV offer". Then after an eternity I get the response they have reached the max quota of users. Why would a company have an empty home page with only an option to enter your password and a slow poke chat?

I may have been one of the last customers to get in before the doors closed but I'm so glad I got in. It's the best customer service experience I have ever had in years. I find myself giggling every time I launch the app. Keep up the good work. Can't wait for you to open your doors again, I've told so many of my friends about your amazing service.

Very easy to renew the service. The service itself is also very reliable and has a vast array of channels.

i loved the app at first but o itis constant buffering and freezing. Ans it always seems t happen when I watching my favorite shows. every two mins its buffering or freezing
