Absolutely awful service and rip off. Selling iPhone 15 128gb as dropped and smashed screen on their website it bayed at up to £231. Posted phone Thursday 26th March they received it on 27th. 1 week later today receive ld quote of £31 stating screen needs replaced and also scratches on screen. I had marked a screw. As broken and needing repair contradicting themselves. Also says casing as damage and dents which they can’t get out which is not true have video before being sent to them of no damage other than broken screen

Avoid this company I sent my iPhone 14pro max declared the damage they offerd me 310 then dropped to 38 lol I have never been so insulted in all my life the parts inside the phone are worth more than that the fact my phone still works runs and is only cosmetic damages is a joke .

After receiving a ridiculous offer I then rejected it and got another one for 58 please do not trust this company or the reviews

I was given a price of £456 based on me saying the phone was in poor condition, they then offered me £141 saying it had marks and bumps that couldn’t be polished, which it hadn’t.
I would never use this recycling firm again!!!

Not very impressed sent the phone off they told me they couldn't get into the phone I have them the code for the phone and for the icloud and was told it was not correct even thos it was and still is as I use the same code for my current phone as well so really hard not to forget I am still waiting for my mo ey I sent the phone on the 19th of this month and I am still waiting now even tho it would be the same day payment on receiving the phone I really relied on that money and I haven't even been given the phone back neather I have messaged them back by email and herd nothing back so I feel ive been robbed of my phone and money

Complete rip off I sent in a samsung s25 ultra no scratches no damage no nothing they first offered £530 but the envelope for sending didn't come until 2 days before the cut off. Sent it in took a week to get there then when they got it for inspection tried to offer me £135 which is disgusting even a poor device is worth £400 complete rip off would avoid at all costs !!!!!! Waiting on phone been sent back and will sell with a company who wont rip customers off !!!!

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Uber Link.

I was initially quoted £319.50 for my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra (faulty condition), which is why I proceeded with the trade-in. However, once they received my device, the offer was drastically reduced to just £72 — a significant and unjustified drop that does not reflect the condition selected on their own website.

This strongly appears to be a bait-and-switch tactic, where customers are enticed with higher quotes only to be offered far less once the device has been sent in.

To make matters worse, Uber Link clearly states on their website that payment is issued the next day after accepting an offer. It has now been over a week, and I have still not received any payment.

I contacted them via email on the 20th, and to date, I have received no response whatsoever. The complete lack of communication is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns.

Given the misleading pricing, failure to honour advertised payment timelines, and lack of customer support, I will be escalating this further, including reporting the matter to Trading Standards.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company unless you are prepared to receive significantly less than quoted and potentially be left waiting for your money.

The transaction was super quick and the refurbished phone was in amazing condition I have no problems at all in fact very happy

Offered £145 in poor condition. Then after receiving the phone offered me £22. Bit of a joke if u ask me when I declared it was in poor condition

sent the phone back only for a small crack, the offer was on the web £281, sent the phone back and today received a shameful offer of £65... with the explanation that the glass has scratches?!?!? and they are trying to change it because there are a few cracks, only the glass, everything else works as it should, don't send your phones to this company, they will only waste your time.

Horrendous! Was offered £122 online then when my iPhone 13 was received they sent me an updated quote of £11 even tho I selected the poor quality option .. phone is in perfect working order original uncracked screen And no scratches! £11!!! They kept me phone for ages asking if I’ll take £20! Awful don’t do it!

Wouldn’t recommend. Original quote £390, offered £280 due to crack on back of phone. No issues with screen or phone function. Once phone was looked at they offered £91. Accepted as just wanted phone gone. Also advertised as same day payment, however, phone received and took 2 days to look at phone and they once offer accepted took another 2 days before payment was issued.

I was able to actively track my order and the process was seamless. The device came in a very good condition and the battery health was very good as well.

Horrendous experience! If I could leave zero stars I would! Well it started when I checked the price of an iPhone 15 , the phone is in poor condition (scuffs to frame chip on screen but powers on etc, I was offered up to £230 on the website when I clicked “broken” , after posting I happened to stumble upon reviews stating they offer rock bottom yes that is correct, I was offered £15 yes fifteen pounds for a working iPhone 15 even though I clicked broken!! I refused and was emailed back an offer of £25, no chance just return it I said, it’s over a week now and no phone , very poor communication! Almost seems like AI generated emails asking how much for the phone yet still not returning my property , I have found the whole experience very very poor and a waste of time , I would highly recommend not sending any devices here
