Esta empresa instaló 64 kW de paneles solares en nuestro condominio, prometiendo una subvención y una reducción de impuestos para los residentes españoles que se suscribieran al programa. Personalmente, invertí más de 8.000 € para una potencia de 4,75 kW. ¡Es un desastre y una estafa porque CAYCOM no cumplió con sus obligaciones contractuales en cuanto a seguimiento y asistencia! No solo no he visto una reducción significativa en el consumo de energía en las primeras facturas, que llegaron seis meses después de la instalación, sino que, a pesar de sus promesas de asegurar el pedido de 110.000 €, nunca realizó una auditoría energética ni antes ni después de la instalación. Por lo tanto, es imposible hoy justificar el ahorro proporcionado por los paneles solares y, por consiguiente, beneficiarse de la reducción de impuestos. ¡Desaconsejo encarecidamente contratar a esta empresa poco fiable!
This company installed 64kW of solar panels in our condominium, promising a subsidy and tax reduction for Spanish residents who subscribed to the program. I personally invested over €8,000 for a 4.75kW power. It's a disaster and a scam because CAYCOM failed to fulfill its contractual obligations regarding monitoring and support! Not only have I seen no significant reduction in energy consumption on the first bills, which arrived six months after the installation, but despite its promises to get the €110,000 order, it never conducted an energy audit before and after the installation. It is therefore impossible to substantiate the savings provided by the solar panels and thus to benefit from the tax reduction! I strongly advise against contracting with this unreliable company!

When I first wished to become a client I checked in with a neighbor who was using Ubora, and they mentioned that they had many bugs with the application, and Ubora had been slow in fixing them. I still decided to give this company a chance, and invested over 20,000 Euros in Solar Panels and a Tesla charger with them. But since 7 months ago when we installed the Tesla charger, it has not ben functioning properly and we have written and called many times. A few times they promised to send a technician to come and take a look, but on the last minute the technician always cancelled. Now 7 months later, we still don't have a resolution and no technician has come over to fix our charger issue. I would be very hesitant before selecting this company for your charging needs.
