Excellent service; box is good enough but not perfect!
Excellent service, quick & accurate delivery and communications. The omiebox itself is the best I have found to keep all parts of my 6 and 7 yr olds’ school lunches in one box (warm food stays warm for 4hrs; the other compartments are good to hold napkin, cutlery and desert). Disadvantages of the box are that it is heavy (but my children don’t mind), takes a lot of space in my dishwasher because lid can’t be taken apart from the box, water gets in between the walls of the box during the wash cycle, it is time-consuming to drain that water out of the box through the tiny hole at the back (if I don’t drain it the box becomes even heavier and it leaks in my child’s schoolbag).

Normally the service is stellar but this time I don't know what happened. Ordered 2 items, 1 came back out of stock the next day the other one was Lost in Transit then when I requested a reorder it was out of stock. Not the best experience and the bank charges hurt
