I bought the Jannick bag from Ucon Acrobatics and I’m amazingly happy with it. It looks great, feels well made, and is really practical for everyday use. I like that it’s simple and minimal but still has enough space for the things I need.
It’s comfortable, the material feels great, and overall it just feels like a quality bag. Would definitely recommend.

Great quality for a fair price while supporting sustainability
I use Ucon Acrobatics backpacks for more than 3 years now and the quality is really good. I also love the design and the colors and functionality. They are water resitent as well, at least the model that I have. That is why I want to give the brand a 5 star rating - and also the prices are very fair - not to forget the sustainability part, all products are produced from recycled textile waste

Not suitable for people with a narrow upper body
I bought the Kato Mini Backpack at Ucon Acrobatics, thinking it would be a small model, suitable for women with a slim posture, but the model is much too wide and the shoulder straps slip off my shoulders. It's a nice product, but not adapted for all. The customer service assisted me well in returning the product.

As a small company, we currently do not have a warehouse in France, which means that any return from France would necessarily be international.

I’m writing this review based on my recent experience.
If you’re from Switzerland please read it!
I placed an order which was shipped using a new delivery provider. Initially, I was informed that the parcel had arrived, but shortly after I was told that it was lost by the postal service.
While the seller eventually issued a refund, the process required multiple follow-ups and there was a lack of clear communication regarding the refund timing.
What I find concerning is the choice of a new and apparently unreliable shipping provider without prior notice to customers. Living in Switzerland, I have never experienced such an issue before, even with international deliveries.
Unfortunately, this situation caused inconvenience, as I was relying on receiving these items and could not reorder them with confidence.
this point, it unfortunately feels more predictable to order from much further away ( … ) than to rely on this shipping setup and on this company.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are very sorry that this delivery did not reach you as expected.
To provide some context for readers: you first contacted us on April 16 regarding the delivery status. On April 17 we checked whether there might be an issue with the delivery address (which is the most common reason for delivery problems), but you confirmed that the address was correct.
We then escalated the case with our fulfilment partner and the postal service. Based on the tracking information and their experience at that time, we were informed that the parcel would most likely still be delivered.
Since the tracking did not update, we proactively contacted you again on April 20 to check whether the parcel or a notification had arrived. When you confirmed that this was not the case, we escalated the issue again with the carrier.
On April 21 the carrier informed us that the parcel unfortunately appears to have been lost in transit. As soon as this was confirmed, we immediately issued a full refund for the order so you would not have to wait for the carrier investigation.
We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially as you were hoping to receive the items before your upcoming trip. While lost parcels are very rare, when they do occur we always aim to resolve the situation as quickly and fairly as possible.
We are sorry that this experience did not meet the standard we aim to provide and we are reviewing the case with our logistics partner.

Very good products
I've had their Jannick medium backpack and a thermos bottle for about a year. The backpack is really good quality and sturdy, all the buckles and stuff are metal, not plastic, and it's really comfortable to wear. I had no issues with delivery or anything, took under a week to get it (i did order within the EU tho).

Sac beau mais pas solide
J’ai acheté un sac banane dans la gamme Jona Large Bag en août 2024 chez un revendeur à l’étranger, les couleurs des sacs sont très jolies.
Je l’ai porté plusieurs fois, malheureusement les matières ne sont pas très solides, le petit tissu qui couvre la fermeture éclaire se détache et comme je l’ai acheté à l’étranger, l’entreprise ne prend pas les réparations pour les sacs achetés chez un revendeur …

Brilliant reflective material
I have a backpack in the reflective pigeon blue colour. I am happy with it and feel safe walking at night or when it is still dark in winter. I like the key leash and stretchy pockets inside. I wish the water bottle pockets on the outside were stretchy, as they impinge on the space inside the main cavity. I favour function over form, but overall, I am very happy with my purchase. I also have some smaller bags. I am also happy, but wish one of the straps was a bit longer because it sits quite high (and I'm a larger girl!)

Good quality but I I returned the bag…
Good quality but I I returned the bag the next day - colour wasn't blue but dark grey. I paid 25 pounds to return it (from UK to Germany) and received it back 2 weeks later, only to find out that German customs apparently rejected it. I tried to solve this with customer service who were basically like tough luck we can give you a discount instead. So I had to keep a bag I didn't want and received a rubbish excuse that it's my responsibility if German Customs rejects it? I did everything correctly - I'd sent a package back to Spain the previous week without any issues.

About the return: returns from the UK are handled entirely by the carrier and UK/EU customs. If customs rejects a parcel, it is not something we as a company can influence — this happens independently of both the sender and us. According to our return policy, customers are responsible for shipping the item back, including ensuring that the carrier provides the correct customs documents.
That said, we understand how disappointing it is when a parcel is returned through no fault of your own. Our intention was not to leave you without options, which is why our team offered you a voucher code as a goodwill gesture. We will reach out to you again.

Ich bin überzeugt von dem Tragegefühl. Der Rucksack liegt leicht und rückenschonend auf, auf dem Fahrrad vermittelt er ein sicheres Tragegefühl und verrutscht nicht.
Die Farbcombi des Materials ist ansprechend.
Manchmal bleibe ich in Türdurchgängen oder ähnlichem mit den Spitzen des rollups hängen. Das liebt das Material nicht und sieht an diesen Stellen abgewetzt/beschädigt aus.

Wir haben uns mit dem Material nochmal näher beschäftigt und es weiter verbessert. An unserem Lotus Infinity Material haben wir lange gearbeitet und es geschafft, ein unglaublich resistentes, kratzfestes Material zu entwickeln. Bei diesem Material können die leichten Abnutzungen bei normalem Gebrauch nicht passieren.

Très dubitative sur l’achat d’un sac (…
Très dubitative sur l’achat d’un sac ( qualité ?!)en mai 2025 qui montre des signes d’usures début août 2025?!
Après plusieurs échanges de mails , enfin obtenu une « réparation » qui me satisfait, ( mais il m’a fallu insister, ce que je trouve absolument inadmissible, au vu de leurs assertions éthiques ?!) donc au vu des « arguments » et de la difficulté à obtenir « gain de cause »( allant jusqu’à me dire « vous savez nous ne parlons pas français ???!!!) je ne suis pas ( au contraire !) rassurée sur le sérieux de cette entreprise, et ayant acheté 2 autres sacs en juillet 2025 avant de m’apercevoir de l’usure du premier ( zut!) j’aurais de quoi juger de la qualité , car ils ont beau dire et m’avoir écrit que leurs sacs sont solides , moi je ne vérifie pas du tout cela ?!
