We find that your order was delivered within the time frame of delivery. We understand sometimes our customers may calculate by calendar days, but actually, it's reported on the website as business days.

My order arrived on time but with problems
My order arrived on time, but following on I required to exchange 1 item as it was too small.
I found the return's/exchange procedure long and time consuming as no telephone number was available to speak to someone.
Eventually I was able to sort the problem out via the chat line, but it was time consuming and tiresome.

I'll keep this short. Ordered item on 28th November. Despite a couple of communications suggesting it had been shipped ( it hadn't) and one saying it had been delivered ( it hadn't) on the 8th January I am still waiting!!! Merry Christmas Indeed. I've apologised to my wife for not getting her a present......
