I loved the dresses which I ordered,
The delivery taken a bit long but the quality was great

Delivery was on time and I love the jumpsuit. Great feel and great fit.

Ordered some really nice dresses for my holiday at a good price. They don’t have next day delivery so you do need to be organised, but the quality and presentation of goods is excellent. Really easy to return if needed: I would say true to size with what I ordered.

Very pleased with both dresses. Fitted well and right length for me too. Accurate sizing. Would order from this company again.

Quality not as good as pictures but my fault for not checking that the source is China. Okay for some cheap holiday wear but they won’t last or wash well. Good for bikinis but dresses and other clothes wouldn’t buy again.

Return scam

When I log in my account the website says I can return my order til XX May. But then when I tried to return it, it only gives me the option to get 70% of the refund transferred back to my account. When I contacted the customer support they said I missed the deadline for a refund, which is only 30 days. No, I didn't miss it, I just trusted the information that was showed in the website! I can't believe that a scam like this is allowed, absolutely outragious

I am very pleased with my new swimming costume and a great fit.
Good communication and letting me know it's on its way. I have ordered several times with cupshe and more than pleased.

I ordered 2 X swimsuits and I love the way they are packed in a zipped bag this is great for when I take them on holiday. There is a good choice to choose from the colours are vibrant and the material is good quality. From ordering to delivery service is good.

I have no idea where my order is. I have received a message to say it has been delivered but it isn't at my house. Absolutely terrible delivery service. Most companies when they make a delivery tell you where it is - safe place such as porch, or let you know it's been left with a neighbour and give u their house number. No nothing like that and I have checked with 5 neighbours and the 2 possible safe places. Not even a photo to show where it is. I have used many online companies and this is quite possibly the worst delivery. Once I locate my order I shall review the items!

Edit update - Cupshe have contacted me regarding the above and have issued a full refund. Moreover they have said they will feedback to the courier. It's such a shame as I have used Cupshe before with no issues and would be a shame for a courier to bring down a company reputation.
