My concern was promptly resolved by the premium customer care, they followed up with me and ensured full satisfaction. they gave me few options of outcome and was very impressed with the professionalism. I’ve bought bikinis and dresses before from Cupshe so knew the high standards they have.
Both the bikini and swimming costume I have bought fit perfectly and the tummy control is amazing.

The website advertises free returns
The website advertises free returns, yet when I returned 2 items I only got 70percent of my money back. Very decieving and I will not shop again unless I get a full refund of my items.
No email received and no one has contacted me.
I paid £90 and got £63 back so I'm sorry it's all lies.

I am happy to change my review if they…
I am happy to change my review if they rectify the problem. All the beachwear I ordered didn't fit so they issued me a coupon for exchange. The second batch didn't work either and they will not refund me. It is actually against my consumer rights. The case is ongoing and they need to fix it otherwise I have to go to my local trading standards office. Unfair contract terms will not hold up.
