I received the items from you two of them were really nice, well made really classy. The only thing was the third item was a pair of pyjamas and the top was way too small I went to return them and I couldn't. Was a bit annoying but I've decided to give them to my sister, she was very pleased with them.

Most of our swimsuits are designed to be true to size, and we encourage you to refer to the "size guide" on each product page for detailed measurements. If you encounter any sizing issues in the future, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team for personalized advice. We strive to make our sizes consistent with the guide, which is based on average body figures.
Regarding exchanges, currently, we support exchanges for most products, but for items sold as sets (such as swimsuits), direct size exchanges are not available. You may return the item and place a new order for the correct size. We are actively working to improve our exchange policy for bundled products to offer more flexible solutions in the future.

Lovely clothes
My package arrived speedily and the clothing was all lovely and fitted well. I contacted customer services as the package arrived on next door's doorstep and I had to go look for it, and they gave me a £15 voucher. I didn't expect that but I am very happy with it!

Super fast delivery
Super fast delivery, beautiful items but need to return one as it wasn't what I need. The return process wasn't easy as I was unable to print label, made a request for support and this was instant but couldn't find the label sent. Resulted in using bar code which was simple.

Be aware of return costs
I have only placed one order and unfortunately I had to return the item but wasn’t aware when I ordered that I would be charged for returning the item so hence you are losing out will take this into consideration when ordering in future

Don’t pay express shipping. Didn’t arrive in time.
Unfortunately despite paying express delivery the bikini did not arrive in time for my holiday. Delivery stated 22/1/26 which would have been in time for my holiday, however they attempted delivery 24/1 and finally arrived 26/1/26. So can’t actually rate on quality but shipping not so great.

Great Quality
I have brought 3 bikinis from UK Cupshe. Always super happy with their quality, fit and delivery. I wear them in saunas regular swimming and holidays and the last really well!
