Quick and efficient service. Bamboo comb arrived broken but Carly swiftly sorted it and sent me a replacement.

The dispenser on my mousse failed. I emailed Curlsmith and almost immediately Alicia emailed back with details of the delivery for a replacement. Brilliant customer service from this company

I like how the products work but I absolutely cannot stand that they are overly perfumed. A subtle scent I could live with but these are in-your-face.

Considering that fragrance is one of the biggest allergens, why-oh-why do companies insist we all have to walk around in clouds of their fragrance all day?

I had a very good experience with customer service, reimbursing me for something I'd asked to be exchanged - but what I appreciated even more was that they asked me to donate this to a good charity. Very nice initiative.

I use a few products from this range and find them to be very good. I ordered a couple of products recently but only one of them was in the box when I received it. I contacted Curlsmith and Carly was very helpful and made arrangements for the missing item to be sent out immediately, which I have now received.

Product has everything I look for no silicones and animal cruelty friendly. Customer service is very helpful and responds to personal requests.
