I had received and incomplete order and I got in touch with customer support. Stephanie emailed me promptly and solved my issue. I wanted my product to be delivered and not a refund, and my order was placed for me again and I received a confirmation email. I'm very satisfied because I need it and it's already on it's way😊

I received by mistake not the products I ordered. After I informed the customer service, they directly shipped the right products and also indicate that I can keep the mistake product to try them or give to some friends to try. That was so nice from Curlsmith.

Returned order resent
My order was returned back to Curlsmith because I wasn’t in when it was delivered. Carly got to the bottom of it and had a replacement batch processed less than 24hrs after I flagged this. Super quick, super friendly and super efficient! 🙏🏽
Excellent customer service and wonderful products
I had an issue with my account that I couldn't resolve myself (change the email address to a new one). Carly was incredibly quick, friendly and helpful in solving this, it didn't take more than 15 minutes from my initial request in the chatbox to the address being adjusted. Thank you so much!
Apart from this - the products are great, I've been using them for years and they do wonders for my curls!
My go-to products
Placed another order with Curlsmith and once again received my items very quickly. There was an item missing from my delivery but after emailing them, I had a response from Carly who confirmed that she had arranged for the item to be sent - fabulous service and products!
Problem with claiming offer resolved
I encountered problems with claiming an offer online and initially had difficulties getting a response from customer service. However, Carly responded to my IG message and we were able to resolve the issue. I really appreciate that she honoured the online offer, despite it having ended by the time I received a response. I am now happily awaiting delivery of my products 😊

I received the incorrect order, but it was quickly resolved by Carly. She arranged the correct one to be sent and i'm going to donate the incorrect item to a womens shelter as suggested. I thought this was a really nice thing to do by Curlsmiths, rather than asking me to send it back!
