Curlsmith has been my number 1 curly hair brand as it worked well with my hair with no issues unlike other brands that caused issues in the long run.
Although I was a bit disappointed with their new product shake & shine and the reformulated air dry cream as the later was my go to product but the new formula didn’t work well with my hair unfortunately.
I emailed curlsmith explaining my experience with their products and they took my feedback positively and refunded me straightaway.
Another reason to love this brand is their great customer service and their understanding of curly hair! Thank you Carly who dealt with the issue, I’ll still buy my conditioners from there :)

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Sorted out a missing item straight away and even helped me with a refund a few days later once I realized the lid of my mousse was broken.

The products are great too.

I will definitely be purchasing from curl smith again.

There was an error with my order, I emailed customer services over the weekend and on Monday morning Carly replied. She sorted everything out for me very quickly and sent out the missing item from my order. I've always had positive experiences dealing with this team.

These products are excellent. For the first time I feel I can wear my hair in its natural wavy state without being self conscious.

Excellent customer service. I had an issue whilst placing an order. I emailed as soon as I realised, not expecting a reply immediately, as it was the weekend. Carly replied straight away and the issue was resolved quickly. Very polite and understanding. A wonderful experience which means I'll continue shopping with them. Not only are their products first class, but the service too.
