Diamondpaintinggifts Reviews

Waited longer than stated , when it arrived it was shoved through letter box and damaged . I have tried emailing the company 3 times and had No Response.
Absolutely appalling service.
DO NOT BUY

I have been using Uk Diamondpainting Gifts for a couple of years now and have recently had my first experience with customer services. I received a lovely email from Helen as I had not selected a suitable size for my custom image and if they just printed and sent to me, the image would not have looked its best. So Helen suggested a more appropriate size for a very small price increase. This custom order is for special people to me and I am so thankful that Helen reached out to me to ensure the product I receive is perfect. Very happy customer who doesn’t use any other business other than this one for my diamond paintings. Thank you Helen and the team.. xx

Bought and completed many diamond art kits from them, mostly large ones and been totally satisfied with all of them. However I recently bought 3 more kits from them only to find that they were missing the adhesive and therefore the drills wouldn't stick. I contacted them and they asked me to send them a couple of videos showing the problem I did this (so I thought ) but it turned out they didn't receive them. I explained that I was struggling because I am of advancing years. I got an immediate response telling me not to worry about it and that they would replace them. The replacements arrived very quickly. Throughout all this they remained in constant contact and couldn't have been more helpful. Well done and thank you D P G.

Didn't provide enough gems for kit ordered and the customer contact number and email address are not valid so cant get in touch to order more gems

Had to contact diamond art over my order. They were helpful and understanding and shipped the part of the order that was available. I have now received it and I’m happy with all that has arrived.

Very helpful if you have a problem and getting it sorted
Very happy with my purchases

The website has so much choice and is reasonably priced even when taking shipping and other extras into account as they have special offers on the more you buy. I have always received my orders and it is rare that something is wrong. The occasions on which I have had to contact them, they have always been helpful and courteous.

Received a email saying that I ordered cross stich instead of diamond painting and they sorted that out for me straight away and all so that was unable to get one picture as it was out of stock but they could replace it with another which I was very happy with. Very quick and efficient.

Very supportive and very friendly and very helpful to get my diamonds delivered to me I

I ordered a custom diamond painting and somehow managed to not upload my chosen image. This morning I received an email informing me of my oversite and whin a few short hours received a reply to inform me that my order would now be processed a soon as possible. I was thrilled as I didn't expect to hear from customer service for several days. L am forward to getting my kit and well done to all in customer service

After I received a faulty product due to a manufacturer's fault it was quickly resolved and happy with the after service I received

Excellent products and service always happy with products, take time to complete as with all diamond paintings but look stunning when finished especially the DIY crafts, notebooks, clocks, bags make lovely gifts, the children love the keychains at Christmas

Excellent Excellent, service I ordered some diamond paintings from Diamond Painting Gifts on the 10/2/25, on the 18/2/25 I received an email from DPG saying one of my items was out of stock, they wouldn't be getting any more in.
Would I like to replace this item so I picked something else sent an email back, DPG didn't receive the email.
My parcel got dispatched on the 21/2/25 with everything I ordered except one item (as it's out of stock) at the moment waiting for some more to come in once it comes back into stock they will send it out to me.
As I said I placed the order on the 10/2/25 it arrived 28/2/25.
I am going to order from this company again.
