I sent multiple queries with no response
I sent multiple queries on two occasions, about two bookings to the support @ email address , and received NO RESPONSE until I complained to Expedia. Not good enough. Long standing Hotels.com customer. Not good enough.

All cleaned and smart, good standard room with all my expectations.bathroom perfect though no soaps provided. Staff friendly and caring. Lovely people all friendly , good experience.

Great Hotel - Awful Night Time Music
I liked the Hotel.. the staff were terrific and the food was good.
Biggest problem was the awful and persistently noisy entertainment crew. Didn't finish until 11pm EVERY NIGHT!..Every night.. no nights off at all. Trying to have a relaxing evening was impossible and TUI should mention this.

Beautiful hotel
Beautiful hotel, only there from 1am to 9am. For the price the room was a little compact, loose tiles in shower and no hot water. Staff were brilliant. Unfortunately I was not able to enjoy the hotel to the full, so my comments are based on the room only.

Room mucky not happy
We got to our room and I went to reception and told them I wasn’t happy with the room bed sheets was ripped , toilet flush was off the wall lamps didn’t have bulbs in what worked so a lot of things it was horrible and just all over the head board

To much hassle/ Small
Couldn’t gain access to the property, no one answered the reception buzzer, and to call and then you can only communicate with them through Watsapp . After a long day and difficulty in finding the place as it’s just a small door. In the room you have to watch the TV sitting on the top bunk , climbing up and down at night is not convenient when you are of a certainty age at Night.
