Mis sold an item. B1000 not compatible with r1500 ! Won’t replace or refund avoid !!!!

well I'm not often surprised but the customer service person winig who deals with Amazon UK purchases for all powers has restored my faith somewhat, our 2023 s2000 allpowers power bank ac 240v became faulty and stopped working, I purchased it on Amazon and have since closed my account due to poor service, delivers etc (review on Amazon page ) I contacted the customer services and was contacted by winig, he couldn't have been any more helpful he realised I'd closed my Amazon account traced all my invoice.details and information he needed and within two days sent me out a S2000 pro model to replace our broken one , no questions no fuss no send it for repair etc , so 5 star service from me , you can only go on your own experience and this case it's been excellent 👍

I bought our R1500 1800w power pack last year for going away in our motorhome. This year for the first time I went to plug in the 12v charging cable and the socket pushed into the unit making it impossible to plug in. I got in touch with customer services as it is still under warranty to be told "as this is your human factor damage it is not covered under the warranty" all I had done was plug it in how can this be my fault. It is obvious the holding bracket has not been fixed correctly but this is my fault. I am part of a motorhome caravan group with over 100.000 members and tell them to stay away from this brand.

What an absolute load of junk this stuff is.. Purchased a R1500 and 2 100w panels.. the R1500 lasted 11 weeks and burst into flames. Was replaced under warranty. The second R1500 lasted 5 weeks ans filled our motor home with smoke.. this was to be replaced again under warranty. However I paid for an upgrade as have no confidence in the R1500 to a S2000 Pro. Well guess what this peace of shite was faulty on first switch on. Alarm on and error code E 215 cheap chinese Junk to be avoided at all cost.invoice UK4949

Shocking customer service. Avoid. Since 26 May, there has been 27 emails asking for a refund as the power bank is faulty. Videos and photos sent and Rachel is basically saying I'm lying and making me pay for the return of the FAULTY equipment.

Un panneau a commencé à se décoller (la couche de protection) après un mois d'utilisation. Service après-vente déplorable. Voici comment ils ont expliqué le problème : « La surface du panneau solaire est étanche, mais l'interface ne doit pas être mouillée.
Ce produit ne doit être utilisé qu'en plein soleil.
Il est déconseillé de l'utiliser sous la pluie. » Leurs panneaux solaires ne doivent pas être mouillés. Absurde.

These units do not work , it is a scam company supplying products they know do not work, it's disgusting and disgraceful what Alll Powers are doing.

Realise un pedido, me han cobrado en el banco, y no me llego ningún mensaje de la compra, salía que no tengo nada comprado mande un mail, si podrían aclarar lo que sucedió y nada . Por valor de 750€ , raro, llame a paypal, y anule la compra. Cuidado! La página se hace pasar por alemana , con bandera alemana, pero luego todos los datos de ellos son de china . Muy sospechoso

18 months on and my Allpowers Monster XPro S2400 was down from running my appliances for 6 hors to just 1. It also cut out at around 93%. Last week it wouldn't even charge. To begin with, customer service had replied, and having supplied all the information requested to initiate a warranty claim, I found they just stopped replying. I have now sent 3 further messages since supplying the original invoice and serial numbers, but can't get any response. Friday, I gave in and bought a Fossibot f2400 which has great reviews, but also good reviews for their customer service. Hopefully they'll restore my faith.
TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. * AVOID *

I'm addition, I originally wrote a review on their website, which was confirmed by email from their review company Judge.me. However, the review was never shown, and according to the stats on the Allpowers website, all reviews are 4* and above. The takeaway has to be that THEY DO NOT PUBLISH ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE. This is even more damming than their product failures and poor customer service.

I bought a powerbank a little over a year ago. Recently had an issue where I lost my charger. All powers sent me out a new charger, free of charge. Later, the powerbank stopped working. Allpowers said it was still under warranty and asked I return the faulty device. They have now sent me a new powerbank. Can not fault this company, they have been brilliant from start to end and the products are second to none

Last year I purchased an S300 power station from the allpowers Ebay site. Prior to this I purchased a folding solar panel, and in the following months bought a second power station and solar panel.
Being initially happy with the products, I had plans to make further purchases. However at 11 months of ownership of the S300 a display fault appeared. I contacted them via Ebay and as requested sent a picture of the fault and my order details. They became unresponsive and after several further attempts I wrote a post on the allpowers Facebook group (it was balanced and respectful) this was disallowed by admin. It did however, create a dialogue with allpowers via messenger. I was assured that they would help, but nothing happened,. I followed up and received further assurances and still nothing.
It is now 2 months since the problem occurred, they have not honoured their obligations and hide behind a Chinese address which makes legal recourse almost impossible.
Buy these products at your own risk, their after sales support is basically non existent.

Preferred from Manomano, the delivery was bodged, had to walk a mile and break to collect it.
Using a trolley to get it home to find it's a lessor model.
They claim it's an updated version.
I've asked them to collect it and I'll order from Amazon as they've got the right one.
I wish they'd have just sent the right one.

Firstly I’ve never left a negative review before. I bought a R2500 portable power station 16/01/2024 after watching some great reviews online so had high hopes. The unit has been charged and used twice and now will not charge only beeps. I contacted the company on the 4th August through their website but never recieved a reply. I would not recommend this company.

I have been emailed by the company and they have shown responses they had sent but I hadn’t received previously. I’ve sent the info they have requested.

Update - 13/09/2024 I requested a refund, I’ve returned the unit on Tuesday night free via DPD and have just recieved confirmation that they are processing my refund this morning. Since being in contact with the company they have been quick to respond and very good to deal with the issue.

Update - 17/09/2024 - I have been refunded in full

I bought an Allpowers 200W SP035 folding solar panel which partially failed after a few months (not achieving any more than 80watts). After informing service-UK they agreed to replace it. However the panel was not available but offered alternatives of which I chose the SF200 flexible panel. Have received this now. Good after sales service.

I have had 4 of these units now and two with the same issues fault codes will not turn on hold a charge, one with smoke coming from the c-port the other would not hold a charge.
Spoke with Allpowers to see about getting sorted out and have none of these now I see why! Said would pay difference to upgrade to different unit as over a year old now, will not let me do it through Allpowers and get told must do it through Amazon this will cost me £200 more than through Allpowers website.
It’s nothing to do with Amazon no more as over a year, Allpowers new unit R1500 £699.99 Amazon R1500 £899.99 Its disgusting they can treat customers like this when they know the unit S700 is a faulty unit when being manufactured.
Please be careful if you buy this unit, check different manufactures that are more reliable and deal with you correctly.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! This company will bend over backwards for you to get a sale but nowhere to be seen when needing aftersales or warranty claims. I bought a 200w folding solar panel which for 10 month was brilliant . Now it wont take more than 50 watt imput even on the clearest summers day. So naturally i contacted them only to be told this is normal with no offer of a replacment even though the product is still under there alleged warranty. I wont be using allpowers in the future i will use either jackery or eco flow as there aftersales is way superior to this bunch of chinese jokers.

Gestion des commandes pitoyable : absence de confirmation de l'envoi, absence de suivi, absence de réponse du service client, absence de respect des délais de livraison,... Bref, fuyez si vous souhaitez un service client efficace et une livraison dans les délais indiqués.

J'ai acheté deux batteries avec des panneaux en option identiques et j'ai reçu deux panneaux différents. Ils font semblent de ne pas comprendre. De plus, un panneau avait les cables nécessaires pour le brancher à la batterie et l'autre panneau n'avais pas le cable. Ils me disent qu'il fallait acheter le cable à part... Bref. Fuyez cette entreprise.

I bought two batteries with identical optional panels and received two different panels. They don't seem to understand. What's more, one panel had the cables needed to comnect it to the battery and the other panel didn't have the cable. They told me that I had to buy the cable separately... In short. Avoid this company.

Compré dos baterías com paneles opcionales idénticos y recibí dos paneles diferentes. Parece que no lo entienden. Además, un panel tenía los cables necesarios para comectarlo a la batería y el otro no. Me dijeron que tenía que comprar el cable por separado... En fin. Huyan de esta empresa.
