I love Tilley hats, they suit everybody, no one looks bad in one. They are fantastic quality and easy to keep clean and smart.

I ordered a tilley sun hat on line about 7 days before going on holiday to Peru. I contacted the customer service department asking if there was any chance the delivery might be expedited. I received a very prompt friendly response and my hat was delivered in three days.
My hat is perfect and of excellent quality and I am wearing it every day in Peru!

The caps are expensive, but well -made & because I have always worn them

Bought two wanders hats 10 years ago after 10 years, of been wore most days knackered.Went to shop where I bought them out of stock,so bought 2 hats not tilleys hated them.So went on line bought 2 wanders hats.Happy me.

I find it difficult to find a hat in the shops that will fit me. You have a great range and this is the second Tilly hat I have bought. The fit is excellent.

My hat had frayed round edges and I applied for a replacement, I was asked to destroy my hat and take a photo but I couldnt do that as the hat had too many memories for me. I was kindly told that they understood and therefore just mark it will a date inside. I received my new hat very quickly

I’ve found Tilley a great Company to deal with, clear information about the products and good communication throughout purchasing an item. I’m very pleased with the hat I’ve bought, it’s a good fit and does just what I want it to do: stays on my head in windy conditions and keeps the sun & UV off my face and neck. I can rest assured it meets SPF 50 which is what I need.

My Tilley T5 hat is perfect for my fishing and walking adventures, I wish I had purchased one a long time ago !
