I requested a new hat after my previous Tilly started to fall apart after over 20 years of faithful service. The Tilly staff were very helpful and my new hat arrived and I’m now ready for many more adventures in my new hat

Was my first order with Tilley and started badly due to Royal Mail messing up and delivering to the e wrong address. I notified Tilley forwarded the proof of delivery and highlighted my address to help with their investigation.

Due to their process they had to do a refund and rearranged a new order and sent me the link to place the order. 2nd time for delivery and it arrived.

The quality of the items area great, from the stitching and quality of the materials. The assistance from customer service was great.

I have been using Tilley Airflo hat for many years with no problems. I had purchased this in Banff, Alaska.
Seeing the excellent quality, I purchased 5 more Airflo hats online - Tilley United Kingdom.

Their order form was not very clear and I did not ask for their free promotions - hat pins, free cap and multi purchase discount! I thought it would appear at the check out?! Upon receiving my 5 hats I wrote to Tilley and received a reply saying that I could receive a 20% refund.
Till date I have received no refund from Tilley.
Being such an honourable manufacturer I would expect more honesty from them.

Always good quality products. But I don’t understand why it takes 5-7 working days to dispatch goods. I’ve had to wait 10 days at times.

Quality of the apparel and hats is second to none the guarantees just go to show how they value their products. I have had several purchases now from Tilley both hats and apparel anad I cant fault them. Shipping takes longer than average but its worth the wait. Theclithinv is more expensive sive than normal but the quality will make it last so more sustainable and cheaper in the long run.

You kept your promise to replace my hat when it showed signs of wear, even though it was over 12years old.

Great service from tilly. I have had my hat around 22years and it finally gave up with wear. I then noticed it had a label saying guaranteed for life so contacted them. They asked for proof which I did and with a few emails with what they wanted it was all sorted out. Brand new hat of my choice just £20 for postage. Can't be more happier.
