Joe Vaughan gave me a really comprehensive rundown on the benefits and intricacies of solar panels and then gave me a very good price for my chosen configuration so very pleased overall with the buying process. Brad, who installed the inverter and battery and then linked in the solar panels put on the roof by the other two guys in his team did a brilliant job along with his team. Altogether a very efficient and pleasing process from reviewing and purchasing the product with Joe to Brad and his team installing the complete system. The reason I haven't given 5 stars is because there were very slight problems with the interpretation of the surveyor's report and the number of panels that could be installed. This was quickly resolved to my satisfaction.
I would recommend UKEnergi to anyone considering solar panels and battery storage.

Both from the original quotation appointment through to the removal of the scaffolding everything has been smooth. My only gripe would be to provide additional information around the payments, the the install timings/scaffolding - albeit the install during 1 day was surprising

Quality of the work was good. Management was very poor.

Our original installation date was the 21st May the final installation date was 12th July:
- First delay was an issue with the supplier having parts missing in their deliveries so wanted to wait until they knew they had all the parts needed.
- Second delay was after the scaffold was put up and it turned out they didn't have stock of my roof tiles so had to source them.
- Third delay the installer claimed some connections were missing that required an electrician. However it turned out they didn't look hard enough and the work could have been finished that day.

Each of these delays we were informed of the issue but given no follow up calls or dates for fixing the issue and was left in the dark. We had to call to get any updates on where things were at and getting us booked back in to continue the install. When things were unblocked we had to wait a week or two for another appointment which really made us feel like we were at the back of the queue throughout.

Was chased for final payment very promptly despite work being incomplete and even before booking a scaffold removal appointment. Which left a very bitter taste after a 2 month delay.

No compensation offered. Very disappointed with the management of the project. However the work done was good quality so happy with the product and install provided.

We've just used UK Energi to have new solar panels installed. Despite being a tricky job on the flat roof, the installation went very smoothly and we're now enjoying free energy. I can't thank Joe and the team enough for a seamless experience.

Joe was very friendly, helpful and efficient right from my initial phone-call to his post-installation call to check how everything was going. Had a recent solar + battery install with UK Energi, and from the start of the process to the finish, I couldn't speak highly enough of the team.

The sales rep Joe was helpful throughout the process, the office team kept me updated with what was going on so I knew what was happening at all times.

The install went ahead as planned, completed in one day, all scaffold was removed the following day, and now I am reaping the benefits from our system!

Very poor service and unprofessional. Solar PV not generating enough energy.
This was reported for over six months but to no solution.
Sereveal leters, Email, phone calls and messages were made but hasn't lead to a solution.
They left a scaffolding in our drive way for more than two months without any job done. This has lead to us parking our car ouside and today some one has removed the side mirror glass which could have been avoided.
From my experience this company is unrealible, unprofessional, lack of communication and lack of customer concern.

Recently had solar panels supplied and fitted by UK Energi. Joe and the rest of the team were very helpful and responsive to any queries, and dealt with all the necessary compliance issues that arise when having solar fitted. The installation team were very efficient and did a very nice job. We are very happy with the result. Already benefitting from "green" energy. We would highly recommend UK Energi.

After15 years,we revisited the question of solar panels.
UK Energi could not have been more helpful with our queries after last time. They showed great professionalism and care in answering all of our questions and working within our timetable. Time was spent on the assessment of our property and explanation of the changes in the panels since the last time we considered the option, which was not with this company.
We decided to go ahead and have to say that the installation was a dream. After the scaffolding went up, the installers arrived and quickly commenced the job in hand.We were surprised to see the panels producing electricity as they were being connected up and the explanation of how to monitor the system was very clearly explained. A efficient installation of solar panels with the minimum of fuss. Delivered on schedule and I'm pleased with the result and price.

UK Energi gave me all the assistance i needed to pull the trigger on purchasing solar and battery storage. I was given the best price from the get go and wasn't pressured into a sale. Once i'd decided and paid the deposit it was all systems go and it was all installed within two weeks. Very friendly installers gave me the time to walk through everything before, during and after the install. Would highly recommend.
