MCL Haulage have used Radius UK Fuels for the last 2 years and have found since Jessica took over our account everything has got better.
Jessica checks in every week and while having a job to do and an account to maximise she always had time to ask how we are and if she can help.
Our spend with her shows we are happy.

We have been using this company for many years in the belief that they were a reputable company who would look after their customers' interests and would monitor prices to ensure that their customers are getting a fair deal for their custom. One of our our employees provided me with a receipt for fuel they got from Tesco and it came to £98.66 incl. VAT. UK Fuels charged us £126.05 for this, which is a 28% surcharge!! I have spent thousands of pounds over the years with these people and I dread to think how much money they have scammed out of me. My recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. When I complained, they offered me a £30 goodwill gesture refund instead of offering to look into what has gone wrong and how much I have been overcharged by over the years. Needless to say, I have cancelled our account.

Ellie has been a great help following a frustrating experience with Radius Velocity. I was initially given inconsistent and incorrect information by multiple call handlers, which caused unnecessary issues. We at EG Chauffeurs have been using UK Fuel for over 2 years now, and we recently deleted all our cards with them for the whole fleet. At the start, they promised us their fuel prices would always be lower than the pump prices, and for a while, we kept an eye on them. Then we kept using the shell CRT cards and getting charged weekly. Recently, we realised that UK fuel was always charging us more than the pump prices.

For the last month, the prices have been 30 pence higher than the pump prices. (e.g. this week, Shell charges £191.90 including VAT per litre and UK fuel charges £2.22 including VAT per litre).

This is absolutely ridiculous, a total rip-off. We would NOT recommend UK fuels and will notify all our chauffeurs and partners to whom we referred UK fuels about this scam.

We are a new business and still in our first year of Operating. The team at UK Fuels have been so supportive and the service is first class since the start. Simple portal to use, update.

The company contacted me, they gave me a great deal for the level of coverage in my area. And has saved me so much since the Middle East fiasco. Means I have managed to keep my prices fair and not had to pass on my fuel costs to the customer.
Oliver checks in with me regularly to see how things are going and offer a good deal on other products.
Highly recommend.
