I put in a complaint with the UK Immigration Advice Authority in December 2025 about UKGIC and this is what they have written to me.
Complaints against UK Global Immigration Consultants have been thoroughly researched and investigated by our Regional Officers and they have concluded that the matter is an offence of Fraud. An offence of Fraud by Misrepresentation, contrary to Section 2 of the Fraud Act 2006 cannot be solely investigated by the IAA. In this instance, we strongly advise you report this matter to Report Fraud.
Report Fraud is the UK's national reporting centre for fraud and cybercrime and they are best equipped to handle these crimes.
To report your matter, please visit the Action Fraud website at (Trustpilot doesn't allow me to put the link to the UK Police Fraud website) or call their helpline at 0300 123 2040. They will guide you through the process and provide the necessary support.

I trusted them with my immigration…
I trusted them with my immigration process from the US to the UK. I ended up securing a sponsorship and was guided through the process by the company I was hired by. I cancelled the process with UKGIC in April of 2024 and signed a contract for a refund of 500 GBP. It is now January of 2026 and I have yet to receive the refund. I have called and emailed numerous times and it has yet to be returned. In addition I have made multiple reviews to complain where they reply initially and never follow up to complete the process. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.
1/12/2026 I have sent a separate email to the company after their response and it is the same NO response or accountability from this company!
1/15/2026 I have still received no update refund or response from this company.

Dont ever TRUST this company!
This company/people are unvbelievable! After my visa was refused, they ask me again to reapply and with their help again?!!! I said NO WAY!!! Shame on them! Now I’m asking for the refund because honestly they didn’t do anything regarding the application…they just fiilep it up online and enough… we’re expecting some legal advices regarding my application but they said, its all ok! Do not trust
At the very first place they made us believe that we can trust this company, that they all can provide expert guidance for all their client regarding immigration matter, we expected a 100% positive result as they told us that this company can guarantee the visa approval.
Unfortunately the visa was refused because of financial requirements, which is they should know at first, Reviewing all the gathered documents we submitted took almost two weeks because they told us they are going to pass it to another team for review, I think two weeks is enough to see if it’s any possible problem that can affect in in the visa application but they didn’t see it, and also as stated in the refusal letter that there is no one will support her when she arrive in the UK, That’s not correct.
We submitted a sponsor documents to support the application.
2 weeks ago we are trying to rich them through all the phone number they used to call us but we can’t go through for some reason, even the number on their website, We just wanted to refund the money, because that money they took is from our hardwork.
