They are Scammer
they have nothing to do with issuing visas or with the government, they just take money.
they promised me that I would get an unlimited visa, but that is not possible because I am a pensioner.
I have, however, recorded all telephone conversations, reported it to GOV.UK, blocked my visa card, reported it to the police in Germany and also in the UK via a lawyer.
My Bank was also informed

If I could give zero stars it still would be too much. They are scammers and took a lot of money off my purse. I’m in contact with the police right now to get them sorted out.
BE CAREFUL. DONT LET THEM TALK YOU INTO YOUR RUIN. They promise you a visa for the UK, and have nothing to do with the government.

Scammers, the worst. Don’t you ever contact these guys, they promise you’ll pay 790, then something else comes up, and you find out you need another 3000 euros to finish it. I’ve asked for the refund they refused to give me my money back, no acceptable reason.
Contacted the police straight away. I’ll be using so many of my time to make sure this company gets shut asap.

Stay away from them. This is a scam. They stole £1250 for a fake assessment and they asked me around 4k to proceed with an application. They always refused to refund the money. A friend of mine ha exactly the same experience. I have contacted the police in the UK who were unhelpful.

UK GIC is a scam. They claimed that they would assist me as far as finding employment and obtaining a Visa is concerned. After paying them 590 GBP I received a document stating that I qualify for a Skilled Worker visa. They then contacted me to tell me that I have to pay a further 2,200 GBP for their assistance. I was led to believe that the total cost was 590 GBP. I find it very strange that they either have bad reviews or 5-star reviews. The latter are obviously fake!!

If I could give no stars I would. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
UKGIC makes their money by providing misleading and false information.
They blatantly lie just to suck you in. I enquired about a visa for my daughter to go to the UK to be with her partner. I thought I was doing the right thing reaching out to UKGIC.......What a mistake. They sounded so good on the phone and assured me they would be able to obtain the right visa for her. I paid them the amount they requested and sent them her resume and unfortunately a copy of her passport. They again assured me this evaluation was going to reveal the best option. Well this turned out to be a total fabrication. they said my daughter qualified for a skilled worker visa with a score of 70% and this would be the best way to go. The evaluation looked very professional and as I was speaking to the "legal department" and they were providing legal advise which I clarified on the phone several times. Now as I was speaking to the professionals and they were providing me with legal advise I made the mistake of assuming they were correct. I paid them more money to start the visa process and they sent out P100 documents for a skilled worker visa? and one of the mandatory requirements is a degree or a diploma neither of which my daughter has I questioned this as they had her resume so they knew her education level they told me just to send in her high school certificate. This made me think that it was all a scam and I contacted the UK Gov and they confirmed the skilled worker needs to have a higher education that high school. So I asked for a refund for misleading information and fraudulently obtaining money for a service that they cannot provide and guess what??? no refund so now my bank will deal with them.
So disappointing that a Company can operate like this they should be shut down.

Ok so by UKGIC's comment the information supplied to them was inaccurate. The resume provided to them clearly stated my daughter's employment history so the only thing that was inaccurate was the visa they said she was eligible for. They have kindly (cough cough) offered me $300 USD of the $2100 AUD I have paid. The complaint lodged with the OISC and my bank will hopefully rectify this.

I paid $40 for a "consultation" that is just a phone call whenever they want to call you, they don't ask when is the best time for you. The "consultation" was not a space where you can get personalized information for your particular situation, they just try to get your credit card information to charge you hundreds of pounds for them to "evaluate your eligibility". If you don't want to pay right then and there, they put you through a "manager" that will try to convince you to not hang up and pay now. I am so disappointed and I feel scammed.

UKGIC is a scam. UKGIC called me immediately (within minutes) of an interview for a job in the UK (camp counselor job with PGL Travel). I mistakenly assumed that UKGIC was associated with the prospective employer. They quoted an initial price of approximately $1000 for a work visa.
I believed that the work visa was in process for about 6 weeks – until UKGIC called again, this time using a fast-talking, high-pressure approach that persuaded me to make two additional charges for “document submission and verification” and “case file optimization”. I started to feel very uneasy about the conversation and looked up UKGIC, only to discover several posts from other people who’d been scammed by UKGIC, and I hung up.
The total charge for no service and no work visa came to over $7800. I’ve since made four written requests for a full refund, given that they obtained payment under false pretenses. As others have stated, they responded with messages that they needed time to “understand” and “resolve” the requests. If UKGIC wants to refund the payments, I’d be happy to update this review accordingly.
This review was originally posted under my parents’ names (since it was their credit card). UKGIC flagged my review saying they’d “love to understand your experience better”! They then claimed not to have enough detail, although I’d already communicated with them (not once, but four times) in great detail regarding order numbers, charges, and alleged services. They also claim a 97% satisfaction rate – even though TrustPilot says they’ve detected a number of fake reviews on TrustPilot itself!
In the meantime, I’ve disputed the charges with our credit card company, placed a fraud alert on my credit, notified my bank, and filed a report with the FTC (United States Federal Trade Commission). It is important to point out that we lost only money. Fake immigration services like UKGIC also prey on the hopes of people attempting to flee desperate circumstances. Shame on UKGIC!
Edit: UKGIC obtained $7800 dollars under false pretenses. I have received no visa and no services.
I’ve requested a full refund four times, each answered with a canned message.
I am happy to update this review when UKGIC gives me a full refund.

This "business" is a scam. They offer a lot of information to get you on board which I found mostly incorrect. They also have a super charismatic first contact who gets you to buy their services. They are not on the list of certified companies that work with UK visas. Find a legitimate solicitor and run far away from UKGIC. I paid their price, backed out immediately and the company refused a refund. I made a dispute and won. Any positive review is fake.

UKGIC offered a partial refund AFTER I initiated a dispute. I never accepted their offer. I know their documentation is off because they couldn't give me any accurate details on my account. I disputed the claimed "services rendered" they were trying to charge me for, as they had provided zero services except talking me into buying their product. They also provided a contract for the partial refund amount in which I had to sign before any refund could be initiated if they were to initiate one which included:

The Client Shall not pursue any further course of action that may purposely or inadvertently damage the company, its employees and associated service providers.
The Client shall refrain from posting any disparaging reviews of the company or associated services. Any previous disparaging postings will be removed by the client.

It's surprising that UKGIC thought the matter was resolved when I did not in fact sign their document to state as much and the dispute was ongoing.

UKGIC was unwilling to talk to me before I filed the dispute. They were unwilling to work with me after I filed the dispute, so I find it very unappealing to discuss this matter any further with them.

There are a multitude of registered agencies to pick from or local solicitors within the UK to reach out to.

Read the top. This company’s TrustScore is currently unavailable due to a breach of Trustpilot’s Guidelines. They breached trustpilot's review guidelines because of all the fake 5 star reviews. Their replies to all negative comments are lies just like the company itself. This "company" is not registered in the UK. The have two websites UKGIC and UKGVS. Go to UK.GOV and you'll find legitimate immigration consultants.

UKGIC is acting as a fake third party immigration service, call center scamming company, using pay-per-click ads to drive vulnerable immigrants to their website so they can steal all your money. All the positive reviews on Trust pilot and other review websites are bots and fake accounts.

Trust the verified reviewers. All 5 star reviews are fakes. They recently flagged my verified review in my main account as illegal and harmful so it will be hidden. I am reposting this because people deserve to be warned. Stay far away from UKGIC.

I have fallen as a victim and I have lost 4550 pounds. They'll first charge you 750 pounds to "verify" which visa you are eligible for then force to charge an additional 3800 pounds and take you by surprise saying you cannot wait and that you have to pay now. After that's done, they will ask for more information listed on the P100 form such as your passport, birth certificate, cv, employment letters, a copy of your credit card, bank statements, and so on and then they ask to charge you 5000 more pounds!! They don't provide any proof or documentation that they are indeed working on your profile or your visa.

They will ask and ask for your personal information and documentation and keep asking to charge you more without giving actual advise about the visa. When you do cancel and ask for a refund, they will ghost you and stop responding to your emails and calls. Steer clear!

I have already contacted the authorities and will change my passport and ID cards to avoid identity theft.

Actually I am Afghan and it is very difficult to get visa and travel to UK and this Consultant done it for me, honest team working hard and get 100 Percent Result, they have everything like embassy when they told it is approved from our side, it mean you got visa. I am very thankful from each of you guys be save and thanks for hard working.

Obtaining my UK Visa was a breeze with the help of UKGIC. They ensured I had the correct documents and guided me through the process. I'm thrilled with their support.

This company is a SCAM! Proceed at your own risk. They make a lot of promises on things and do not deliver. They rush you to pay so that you can go "to the next stage"

They keep you hooked by asking for documentation in stages which wastes time as they can just give you a complete document checklist at the start. Then once you submit things or start to ask questions on why things are so vague...you are told, "we are cross referencing and verifying your file". This was after they have just received a payment of course and they had told me they I would be put in contact with the team that helps me polish up my CV and find a job. When I ask how long they are cross referencing and verifying - all they say is, " you will receive and update next week". The next week they ask you to submit something else and tell you this is the very last thing we need. They also count that as you receiving an update and you get nothing else for the week. The next week, same thing: and the cycle continues. Cross referencing and verifying is a much as they tell you.

At this point i got frustrated and started calling (expensive international calls) and emailing the support team - desperate for answers. The immigration team is then quick to then forward your file to support team saying you want to cancel! Immigration team will then stop responding to anything you ask. You can call the main number select option 1 - Request a call back. Option 3 Speak with an Agent. Initially i was able to get an Agent who equally provided little to no information and vague cookie cutter answers. No call backs are ever received. After a couple days of calling, anytime i selected option #3 to speak to and Agent - the call is terminated!

The support team that was contacted earlier continued making false promises of calls you never receive and just pushing cancellation without explaining to you what happened!

On Sep 7, 2023, I also posted my review on TrustPilot regarding my awful experience. It would appear UK GIC didn’t like been exposed online as their rating plummeted They were quick to respond to the rating but not actually taking time to contact me to resolve the issue. Isn’t that ironic? In their reply they talk of “working together” yet they have stopped responding to me. Their reply is also just repeating what I stated and never disputed. I worked with them to provide all documentation needed very quickly since July. Middle of August after all is turned in and I ask questions, they suddenly go quiet and stop “working together”.

My review stands. Their reply actually just strengthened my review because it exposed just how fraudulent the company is. They want to present a certain image of working together swiftly and efficiently when behind the scenes, they take your money, put you in endless circles and nothing gets done. When you ask questions- they go silent.

SHAME ON YOU UK GIC

The company writes a bogus reply to my review to try and save face and fake like they didn’t do the things listed above. They have had months to respond to me and still as of writing this, I have no call or email from them! They do however focus on TrustPilot reviews very quickly- isn’t that ironic. They also have several fake reviews. Just read the reviews, they all sound the same and vague. I paid them in July 2023 and it’s now October 2023 and they went silent in Mid August.

Using UKGIC is like throwing all your money away with no results. MY REVIEW REMAINS the same. As you can see it’s been verified.

I am thrilled to share my wonderful experience with UKGIC. Thanks to their expert assistance, I obtained my UK business visa hassle-free.

I am grateful for UKGIC's efforts in helping me secure a UK visa. Their 3-step process and continuous updates gave me confidence throughout the journey.

This agency traps you into believing you can qualify for a work visa in the UK and straight away bills you £790 just to determine whether you are eligible for the visa or not (however, on the preliminary call they already tell you that you are eligible, and they word it in a way that £790 is the fee for everything!) This is only to determine what category you fall into. They hide all future costs before you sign up! Even when you ask, they avoid the question. I was made believe that the whole thing would cost 790. Once you have paid £790 and send over a few docs like a copy of your passport and cv, then you receive a call from a consultant who talks about the next steps before forwarding you to the billing team for yet another £3500 or more for the process to begin!

A very immoral way of doing business.
