Wonky Cuts
Pretty frustrated as my slate signs don’t have square edges. I expect them to have the rough edge of slate but they are not rectangular and look rubbish on the wall near other parallel edges. Wish I’d bought somewhere else. My cheap slate place mats and coffee mats have square edges.

Our naturally chipped slate signs are hand-cut and are designed to have uneven, rustic edges, and we do advise on the website that they will not be perfectly square

After just 72 hours, the door numbers are peeling off!
This company is a joke, they apply stickers to porcelain plates that peel off after only 72 hours. I am beyond livid. I will be getting a refund as per consumer rights act, goods are not fit for purpose. Faulty products!

As soon as you contacted us, we identified and explained a manufacturing issue with a new vinyl we had been trialling, and we apologised for the inconvenience. We immediately offered to remake the plate using our older, tried-and-tested vinyl method, which has a strong track record for durability.
You chose instead to proceed with a full refund, which we processed promptly in line with your request.
We take product quality seriously and acted quickly to resolve the issue once it was brought to our attention. While we regret the problem occurred, we did everything possible to offer a fair and appropriate resolution.

Damaged sign sent, rather than making a new one, they have tried to cut the slate off to make it neater but it looks terrible and very narrow on 1 side…

When you reported the marks and off-centre design, we offered a replacement to address these issues, but we unfortunately didn’t hear back from you. Our goal is always to ensure customers are happy with their signs, and we would still be happy to work with you to provide a proper replacement.

Good quality signs but delivery time too long
Good quality signs. However your ordering website gives no indication of delivery times. By paying for overnight carriage the expectation is that the signs would be with me in 2 to 3 days. Once the order was placed the delivery time was given as 2-3 weeks! They did arrive sooner (1 1/2 weeks), but in today's age this is a lifetime. You should state delivery time on your website.

White Porcelain House Number Plate
The stickers on the porcelain plate are falling/flaking off within one week of being mounted, I thought it would be better than that.
Sorry I hate to post poor reviews and normally stay quiet, but one week takes the biscuit.
