The results of my Business Plan was superb. Everything was done with loads of communication. The plan looks very professional and draws your eye to layout. I would definitely recommend this company. Extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

I signed up for the service looking specifically for grant-based funding opportunities, particularly women-in-tech grants, based on how the service was explained during my initial phone consultation.

After submitting detailed information about my business, the funding report I received included a mix of loans, equity investors, and accelerator programmes rather than being focused mainly on grants as I had expected.

When I raised this, the team responded quickly and were open to reviewing my concerns. Sam was especially helpful, taking the time to look into the situation and communicate clearly while working toward a fair resolution.

For anyone considering the service, it’s probably worth clarifying in writing exactly what type of funding search you want (for example grants only versus broader funding options) so expectations are fully aligned from the start.
