I initially received a response, was given a time to come and view and start the onboarding process.

I emailed to confirm the meeting sent through my council licence and insurance certificate and they cancelled the meeting on the day.

I have emailed and called numerous times with no response.

If I cannot be accommodated the professional & polite thing is to let the person know. I have clients waiting on my services as I have given up my previous treatment space.

To update the post: I was promptly responded to by the customer support team. I do feel like my concerns have been taken seriously. I changed my star rating as I cannot fault the platform for their assistance.

I do feel the individual practice could have really made an effort to communicate clear timelines with me.

It's very difficult to get to speak to someone for help I never did get the help I needed.

Terrible as I received 1 reply out of 4 enquiries. I resent enquiries on numerous occasions and still didn't receive a reply. Awful service! 👎🏾

It was easy to use the UK Therapy Rooms platform and search for rooms in my area. It was useful to have good photos of relevant rooms. It was easy to contact the therapy rooms I was interested in and I received quick replies.
The rooms I contacted did not have toilet facilities displayed on their listings. This is important to know for room rental. It would be more useful to know about their booking process on their listings too as ease of booking is important. Timings of the room rental is also good to know about, for example in counselling a session usually lasts 50 minutes. It is a tight turnaround if the room rental is 60 minutes, therefore, are rooms rentals offered with extra time to set up and clear away?
I understand this is more about the businesses than your platform itself. Perhaps they can be encouraged to share more details on their listing. That makes it easier to see if their rooms are suitable.

Uk Therapy Rooms are great. They are really easy to use and I found a room in a matter of hours. Fabulous resource and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for therapy rooms.

A good experience, my only criticism was that the person I was communicating with couldn't send me attachments through the site. Otherwise a great service.

UK Therapy room is very helpful. I have used them to advertise my therapy room in the past and to find a new therapy room in the location that I was looking for.

Totally recommend for both: If you have a therapy room to advertise and rent per hour, per day, per week or per month. And for those that is looking for a new place to start your business.

Been waiting well over a week for a response from the Warsash therapy rooms and received nothing. Wouldn’t recommend. I wouldn’t mind if you were told that the rooms were no longer available, but to receive no communication is just poor in my opinion

Excellent resource for therapists.
I'm a psychotherapist expanding my practice and was looking for a local therapy room to rent. My needs were quite specific as my clients are both adult and children.
I looked at 3 rooms and of those, two were perfect.
I received replies within hours and I found the site very easy to navigate and to use.
Highly recommend (I have found my perfect therapy room thanks to UK Therapy Rooms!)
