There's never any problems with this company. They do the job and don't disturb you unless you want them to. Excellent service.

Similar story to below reviews, were a good company but now terrible, poor quality cleaning and chasing for money that is not owed. I pause my cleans over winter and a clean was done after I paused, contacted uk window clean and was assured that the charge for this clean would be removed from my account. Now trying to cancel as recent cleans have been rubbish, leaving windows looking worse than before the 'clean' and they are claiming to still be owed the money from last year. Contact number doesn't work and emails get you nowhere, the replies have no relevance at all to what you are asking they're just cut and paste jobs. Haven't yet had the legal threats the below reviewers have had but suspect that'll be the next thing. Avoid - not worth the hassle.

They used to be really good. Reliable and professional. However the latest attmpt was shambolic. 6 times failed to show when being told they would. Anyway the last time, end of February guy turns up. Terrible work. Literally wet the windows in super quick time and gone. Said we would be cancelling.
Bank transfer payment went through 3rd March.

Today got an email saying the following:

"We have still not received payment after several reminders. This leaves us with no choice but to pass this to a third party specialist debt collection agent. The next step being Court action.

Extra charges may apply if this matter is escalated and your credit file may be affected"

Whole load of waffle after that.

I replied to them saying it was paid 3rd March and I expect an apology asap.

Shame they are so unprofessional now as they used to be good.

I have made sure they know by email that I never want to see them at my home again.

Excellent cleaning and regular attendance without needing to be present, also dealing with a difficult side gate, highly recommended!

Warning: I received months of threatening texts demanding payment but giving no amount or reason. All texts included a short url link to UK Window Clean. The messages came from multiple unregistered mobile numbers. The types of legal threats didn’t match real UK legal procedures. After a break, I got a new message today with a short url link to ‘UK Window Clean’. claiming to miss my business and requesting I click a link in the message. I cancelled them after poor service, and only then did the threats start. My bill was fully paid and I have the bank statements to prove it.

The cleaning is good, but on a couple of occasions the cleaners haven’t turned up for days and I’ve had to keep chasing.

Cleans are always thorough and great quality when done. Sometimes invoices aren't always put through my letterbox which has caused confused a few times in the past when my account is in "arrears".

I used this company for a few months last year and decided to cancel as windows were left with marks.
Contacted relevant person who offered a free clean which I appreciated but said no as wanted old fashioned cleaning!
Now they are saying I owe them money from a year ago!!I contacted the guy who I dealt with and he didn't want to know and was so unhelpful basically said I had to pay end off!! I asked which month I hadn't paid and he couldn't tell me.
Tried to contact there headoffice to find out how I owe them money which I don't..No reply at all.Now receiving threats about legal action and balliffs coming to my door...Cowboy outfit!!

Very good service and windows always cleaned well. Happy with the service provided.

Generally cleaned to a good standard using a pole, not always the best finish on the frames and cills

Requested a free window clean. They emailed to say they would be out week commencing 1st December. No clean by Sunday 7th December so I emailed by return email to the confirmation and asked them to take me off their database. Monday 8th received a txt saying sorry they couldn’t come out on Friday 5th, they will rearrange for when they’re next in my area. No timeframe given. Responded to txt saying please take me off my their database. Emailed again to say I’d received a text to rearrange even though I had emailed to cancel service. Advised if they turned up to clean that I wouldn’t be paying as they have been notified 3 times now. Received a further text to say sorry to hear I want to cancel and was given a complete different email address to email. Forwarded emails on.

If you turn up to clean my windows don’t expect payment.

Quick easy no mess service!

Everything is clear and simple, the cleaners have been polite, thorough, and quick! Can't ask for more than that

Generally a good service, staff always polite and thorough. The only slight criticism I would give is that a clean every 4 weeks seems to be quite rigid, if you gave options of say every 6 or 8 weeks that would be helpful as it is becoming quite expensive

Good reliable service with regular schedules. The clean itself is good but could be better e.g water marks still visible.

Had my first free window clean. Looked a good job so I decided to go with uk window clean. Arranged to come one week didn't show. They said they'll come another week didn't show. Tye weather not been great, but heard nothing from them. Then yesterday at 08.10 uk window clean show up. Thought oh they didn't say they was coming. Good stuff windows getting cleaned at last. DISAPPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST.i checked when I noticed the van had gone. Missed 4 windows god knows how . 🤔 ❓️ 🤔 ❓️ slip through the door stating I owe £18.00 for a clean ive apparently had and £18.00 for today .... THE AUDACITY OF THE COMPANY how dare they. I'm not paying for half a job and a job that never happened I cant get out much as I'm struggling with physical health. So I know UK WINDOW CLEAN DID NOT I REAPEAT DID NOT COME HERE ONCE. So sorry for this long review but this is the place to share your true experiences with companies and this is 💯 the true account of the terrible experience I had with uk window clean. They asked for my last review to be taken down which it was. So I've done another one without the so called profanity I hope you give this company a wide birth as I've told a few people so far and word gets round fast. ALL THE TRUTH

Arranged for a first clean and was adverised as been free. Was advised leave gate unlocked which I did. Window cleaner arrived at 7.20am which is quite early and no warning could arrive so early. Only cleaned 3 of the front windows and not the front bedroom window which was the one i needed cleaning the most. Back of house not cleaned. Front garden gate left open and had note pushed thrpugh door saying I owe £12. No contact details for window cleaner, emailed ukwindow and received automated email saying will reply in 48 hours , still no reply. Tried calling their phone number several times no answer and recorded message says call back later. I dont want another clean and refuse to pay as not happy with service and have emailed stating this

We got UKWindow clean as finding a service was difficult. I couldn't be more pleased with their service. The first clean was free but still carried out with the same professionalism. I would recommend these to anyone.
