Part fit perfect and was easy to find although it was a cheap part the quality seems good

Ordered yesterday and it arrived today. How much I saved by going to Ultimate Styling was £54 and change. Cost from Nissan £66 incl vat, from Ultimate Styling £11.90. I did have my doubts as it was for my work van and it was a heated mirror glass aswell, but no issues what so ever. Definitely will use again if I ever need another wing mirror glass.

Entered my reg nr. To match with right parts for my car, found one, read the description, no mention about the part doesn't fit AMG models, ordered, didn't fit, asked to exchanged for correct one or refund, received a delayed answers until got ghosted completely!

Got the reply by 25th, then ignored my messages on 28th and 30th and 4th of august, got a reply on 5th of august and after i messaged on 8th and 12th of august no answer from you since!

Part as described. Arrived very quickly. Good communication.

I ordered two bottom wishbone arms rhs and lhs. They arrived on time. I had them fitted by a reputable garage. I noticed a tyre wearing on the outside. I took the car back to the garage where I had the tracking checked. The mechanic pointed out a faulty bush on the lhs arm as it was moving rather than fixed.
I contacted ultimate styling and sent videos of the item moving and my worn tyre.
I recieved a reply asking if I had a garage report. As this would take days, I decided to buy a good make arm. When I informed them of the cost it is going to cost me. Not for the part. As this was my choice, but paying a garage to refit the new one an the cost of new tyres. I have asked them what they propose to do to compensate me.
Now they have not replied and are not replying to my following emails.
They appear to be good on the supply of parts, but not when there is a problem.
I'm now £180 out of pocket.

Such a good company to deal with. Fast delivery, great pricing, transaction all went with no hitches.

Ordered a wing mirror replacement glass. Unfortunately Royal Mail didn't deliver the mirror within 7 working days - rang the company and received a replacement with no quibbles within a couple of days!

I found a wing mirror on their website which looked as if it might fit my 28 year old motorhome. To be sure it had enough ‘reach’ to see beyond the wider, coach built bodywork I asked if they could tell me the measurement of the arms from the door fixing to the mirror. In a brusque reply they told me they didn’t have the measurement! What sort of customer service is that when they can’t be arsed to put a tape measure tone of the products they sell or get the information from their supplier? Happy to take your money so long as they don’t have to do any work for it!
I’ve just had a request for more info. My review is based on replies I got via email on eBay on both the 15th and 18th Aug, which I presume are still on record for anyone investigating to read. I would add that my review is not a knee jerk reaction. Before retirement I owned and ran a successful ski chalet in the French Alps. Successful because my wife and I went ‘over and above’ to make guests enjoy their stay. As a result we had many return customers who also recommended us to others. If you want to be successful, I suggest you train your staff and obtain the information to achieve the same.

I would give a 0 if I could. Used their part finder to select a rear wiper blade assembly. When it arrives it is wrong. I contact them and they tell me it’s my fault even though I have to use their tool to order. I wrote back and they say it’s still my fault. I suggest a partial refund as the blade is usable even if the arm is not. They say tough luck and they will not pay for me to send back for a refund. Utterly inexcusable

In their reply they state that there are two types and they only stock one. How am I to know that, why did the tool not say please check as there are two variants i.e. straight or curved then I would have known to check the photo against my car. I now rate them at -1 for complete lack of professionalism and customer focus

Item as described, great communication, delivered as per specified timescale.

The items were simple to locate on line, they were very reasonably priced, postage was free and they arrived very quickly. I was very pleased with the service.

The level of service is the best you can get from a company

The driver wing mirror was cheap for a new item, was delivered next day and fitted perfectly.
I was able to fit my previous cover but did have to remove a notch on the inside as the new part does not have the same gaps.

Rapid response and delivery. Site easy to use and accurate.
